Servicing of DG Set

Carrying out servicing of DG set from 1010 kVA with/without AMF panel of any make to ensure smooth running of DG set for 30 mins on load. Checking for abnormal sound and leakages, carry out visual nspection of all moving parts, oil levels, oil filters, fuel filters, air filters and clean them properly, rectify the minor leakages if any. Inspect alternator, stator and rotor for normal speed & proper frequency, examine battery charging with monitoring system and recording voltages, checking battery cells gravity and topping up with distilled water, checking V belts with necessary adjustment, checking and retightening of nut bolts including coupling bolts of engine and alternator, checking & cleaning of radiator and leakage testing checking of radiator & fuel supply hose pipes, checking of AVR, excitation diodes, its connections confirming proper output voltage. checking & resetting of valve tappets, Cleaning of DG set internally using blower, cleaning radiator and Submit the servicing report to engineer in charge. (Non Comprehensive) as per specification no. GEN-SER-AMC

Topping up new glycol based coolant 50/50 with operating range from 118°C to -37°C of approved make

Supplying, erecting, testing and commissioning controller Assembly suitable to operate on AC voltage for 62.5 KVA DG set.

Making Cement concrete foundation in 1:2:4 cement concrete with foundation bolts and nuts complete. (cost of wooden box is included) (for pumps).

SECTION 1 - PM [PUMPS]

Providing, erecting and giving test of submersible pump set conforming to IS 8034 and motor conforming to IS 9283, with water proof winding. Pump shall be suitable for various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel shaft. Motor suitable for working on 415 V ± 10%, 3 Ph, 50 Hz A.C. Supply, with cable guard, thrust carbon/fiber bearing to withstand entire hydraulic thrust. The pump set shall be suitable for direct coupling, with suitable suction strainer. Pump should have suitable discharge out let as per manufacturer's design. Antithrust stream lined non return valve shall be provided with the pump. 3 m submersible copper conductor cable in single / double run and 2 pairs of suitable size erection clamp 10 mm thick shall be provided with each pump.
