(i) Any parts required to be replaced during servicing Fountain shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item as "Supply only" of this schedule. However labour element involved in replacement is deemed to be included in quoted rates against this item. (ii) Any minor repairs involved in servicing to make the Fountain functional even if notified by the Engineer in Charge shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. (iii) The item will be operated in every three month during the entire period of the contract and shall be measured seprately number of times the job is carried out.

Dewatering and cleaning of existing open well by bailing out stagnant water and removing all fungus muds and sludge, descaling vegatation on the inside by using lime and caustic soda to open well till clear water achieved including testing of water cleaning the surrounding area of the open well to a distance of 3 mtrs circumstance including cutting of grass digging out roots, and levelling around and removing waste material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs complete all as directed of the 6 mtr dia 12 meter depth sizes.

Cutting wild grass, bushes, creaper, unwanted vegitation from inside / surrounding of installations including cutting creapers from barbed / cattle fencing of the installations as when directed and removing of unwanted material from installation compound and depositing where directed. Note :a) The item shall be operated maximum four times in entire period of contract in the same installations. (Area measured separately each time). (b) Measurement of cleaning fencing will be measured based on the height between top line and bottom line of barbed wire/ chain link / cattle fencing multiplying by the length involved.

Supply and replacement of media of water pressure filter capacity 6-8 cum including taking out old unsv, servicing of iron removal plant and painting existing colour with two coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of pipeline connection and Shifting of Iron removal plant from Akash mandir pump hpuse to AD Centre pump house complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement chemical dosing pump 15 ltr/hour/10 Kgs presure, HP-0.5, volts 240v/440v, RPM-1400 with all connections incl suction and delivery complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable chlorination system and Supply,Install, test and commisioning of chemical dosing system of capacity 25ltr/hr at 10kgcm2 pressure coupled with 3phase or single of capacity 0.5 HP 1440RPM with agiator dozing and agiator operated by single motor agiator rod (PVC) and sweep blade ,FRP tank of capacity 150Ltr with inlet,outlet connection and drain point hole complete all as specified and directed.
