Disconnecting dosing plant any model any capacity alongwith components, dismantling and segregation of all parts for repair/replacement of defective part, cleaning, washing/reassembling the plants, connecting in position and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge (Spares will be measured and paid under item No 02 to 13). Note :- All the repairs required and pertain to dosing plant shall be carried out & ensure at the concern installations by the contractor Rep upto smooth functioning of the same. Non taken over site by the contractor and delay in repair if noticed the recovery shall be made Rs 500/- per day from contractor bill till complete the job because of unchlorinated water cannot be Supplied to the troops complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantelling of old burnt motor of dosing plant 960 RPM and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire with replacing all unserviceable parts of motor for making it as serviceable including fixing new ball bearing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note :- Spare part shall be included in quated rate).

Letter, symbols, borders etc. as per requirement will be as per IRC -67 with required colour scheme on the boards with the high intensity grade A. SS sheet to be riveted/welded to stainless steel squre frame of 30x30 mm and fixed on 2 Nos of 50 mm dia stainlees steel 3m post with caps on top of SS grade 304. The board will be fixed & welded to the frame and fixing in ground with PCC 1:3:6 after necessary earth work of size 60x60x90 cm in any type soil complete all as directed.
