M & L for cutting grooves in brick wall 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep tucking in edges of felt and shaping horizontal face of grooves with CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and directed.
