Total station survey/DGPS of the project area, construction of level pillars at all important locations, soil investigation, designing (As per relevant seismic zone), supplying all materials, for construction of 7.00 MLD (with 2.25 peak factor) capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on SBR technology with 6.50 KLD Co-treatment, consisting of Inlet / Stilling Chamber, Primary Treatment Units, SBR Basins, Chlorine Contact Tank, Chlorination House , Sludge Sump & Pump House, Centrifuge, H.T. Substation, D.G. set house, S.B.R. air blower room, necessary Piping work with required Valves, MCC & Control building cum Laboratory, Laboratory Equipments with necessary glass wares and chemicals etc., Security cabin, Staff Quarter (3 nos. type B,with all doors, windows fixtures and plumbing fittings & approved painting complete) , construction of boundary wall (as per site condition upto plinth level and as per departmental type design above plinth level), fixing of 3.60 m wide main gate & 1.20 m wide wicket gate, Construction of road in STP campus and cc approach road, 300x300 mm size drain, Construction of Artificial Recharging of Ground water.Supply of all materials ,Construction of 250.00 SqM Administrative Building, ( including internal and external water supply, sewerage system internal and external, fixing of Gates, doors , windows, electrification and power wiring, supply of all electric items such as fan, Air Conditioner , bulb, etc and supply of Chairs , Tables for all rooms and earth filling upto plinth lable as per direction by Engineer Incharge,etc. complete in all respect),Provision of Lighting in campus, land ecapping, leveling, dressing for development of STP/IPS works site and horticulture in campus as per direction of Engineer-in- charge including all materials, labour T&P etc complete.The desired treated effluent parameters are BOD<10 mg/l, COD<50 mg/l, TSS<20mg/l, TN<10 mg/l, TP (asp)<1 mg/l and Fecal Coliforms <100 MPN/100 ml or as per latest CPHEEO / NMCG / CPCB / UPPCB guidelines / Hon`ble NGT order / directions, including 3 months Trial & run after successful testing and commissioning complete in all respect for this project. all as per Scope of Work and detailed specifications.

Supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. for construction of boundary wall as per site condition upto plinth level and ap per departmental type design above plinth level at STP Campus required for proper completion of work.Supply and fixing of 3.60 m wide main gate & 1.20 m wide wicket gate including construction of pillars as per departmental type design including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of works.Provide all meterial, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work including leveling, dressing for development of STP/IPS works site.Earth filling in STP campus as per requiredment and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge .Supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. and construction of road in STP compound and approach Road upto STP Site, Construction of 300x300 mm size drain Supply of all materials ,Construction of Administrative Building, including internal and external water supply, sewerage system internal and external, fixing of Gates, doors , windows, electrification and power wiring, supply of all electric items such as fan, Air Conditioner , bulb, etc and supply of Chairs , Tables for all rooms and earth filling upto plinth lable as per direction by Engineer Incharge.upplying of all material, pipes, grates, etc. complete in all respect. Construction of Artificial Recharging of Ground water Through roof top rain water of buildings, supplying of all material, pipes, grates, etc. complete in all respect. (Unit Estimate Attached) Provision of Lighting in campus, land ecapping and aboriculture in campus as per direction of Engineer-in- charge including all materials, labour T&P etc complete.

M.P.S. (Main Pumping Station)

Design (hydraulic, structural & architectural), supply, construction, testing and commissioning all civil structures for 7.00 MLD average Flow with 2.25 peak factor capacity MPS including pumping out sub soil water, interconnection with Sump, including hydraulic testing, Metering room, H.T. panel room, Transformer and D.G. R.C.C.platform, R.C.C. screen channel, R.C.C. Gate valve chamber, R.C.C. Sluice valve chamber, R.C.C. Air valve chamber, R.C.C. common header chamber etc complete including all labor, material, specials, T&P etc complete for proper completion of work in all respect, all as per Scope of Work and detailed specifications.

Rising Main from MPS to STP and STP to Disposal place

Supply of following sizes DI pipes Class K-7 and Specials including all joints materials, such as bends, reducers, collars, rubber gaskets cartage to site store, loading, unloading, insurance, taxes exercise etc.
