S/R to Makhanpur Tarang Road for lhe yeat 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing the road land including uprooting Rank vegetation grass bushes shrubs etc complete.

Providing 37.5 mm thick BUSG in one layers applying tack coat using 3.0 kg of bitumen /10 sqm, using 0.45 cum of 25mm to 40mm size H.G. metal & 0.12 cum of 12mm size h.g. chips for 10 sqm . etc. complete.

providing,Laying,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing,rolling with three wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and chamber,applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the intersices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H specifications for road and bridge works.(With Stone Screenings)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502 for low porosity surface and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision).

Providing,laying and rolling of opengraded premix surfacing of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates with batch type hot mix plant and using 60/70 penetration grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant,laying and rolling with a smmoth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades as per clause 511 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge Works(4th Revision).

Providing and laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using 0.06cum of 6.7mm size chips and 6.80kg of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen for 10sqm with 100-120 TPH

Earth work in ordinary soil from approved borrow area by mechanical means including loading into & transportation by transport vehicles & unladoing the same on Properly prepared surface including rough dressing & breaking clods etc. all complete.
