Construction of Boundary wall and Pathway at Kechhobahal Kalyan Mandap, Jharsuguda, Odisha

Earth work in excavation by manual / mechanical means in foundation trenches or drains, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms and dewatering wherever required, including all lifts, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 5km including cost of all labours/ equipments , taxes (excluding GST), sundries and T&P etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation, trenches and plinth with river sand in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, well-watered and compacted in layers with top surface dressed and levelled to proper gradient including cost of all materials, conveyance, all taxes (excluding GST) and royalties, loading and unloading, including cost of all labour, all taxes (excluding GST), sundries, T & P etc. complete as per directions of the Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and laying of Cement Concrete of grade 1: 4 :8 (1cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate of size 25mm to 40 mm hard granite crusher broken metal ) ,mixing in concrete mixer ,lowering and compacting in proper thickness , watering & curing for the required period, including all cost of labour ,material, conveyance, royalties and taxes (excluding GST) , sundries , T&P etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position machine batched/ machine mixed RCC M-25 grade for reinforced cement concrete work including laying of concrete using 12 mm to 20 mm size crusher broken hard granite chips excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, and reinforcement but including admixture in recommended proportions to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability, including cost all materials, conveyance , royalties and taxes (excluding GST), loading and unloading, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P etc. complete as per the design and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fixing in position TMT/Fe-500 reinforcement bars for RCC work of required diameter of approved quality including straightening, cutting, bending, binding, welding and joining (if necessary) and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. work and providing hoisting, lowering and laying including cost of all materials, conveyance, taxes (excluding GST), T&P, cost of binding wires of 16 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work for bending, binding and tying the grills in all heights as per the specification & direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing steel centering and shuttering(steel plate/ ply board) to required shape and size for all kinds of R.C.C. works, centering materials with all necessary props, bracing, ties and supports with level centering using bituminous paper wherever required, as per the direction of the Engineer -in-charge and dismantling and removing the shuttering after the required interval from the date of casting, including cost of all materials with transportation, taxes (excluding GST), loading and unloading etc. and all labour, sundries, T&P scaffolding etc. complete.

Flyash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) using flyash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75kg/cm2, immersing the bricks in water before use, splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling etc. including cost of material, conveyance, taxes (excluding GST) & royalties, loading and unloading of all materials & cost of all labours, materials, scaffolding, watering & curing, sundries, T & P etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Above Plinth).

Flyash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) using flyash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75kg/cm2, immersing the bricks in water before use, splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling etc. including cost of material, conveyance, taxes (excluding GST) & royalties, loading and unloading of all materials & cost of all labours, materials, scaffolding, watering & curing, sundries, T & P etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Below Plinth).

Providing 20mm thick cement plaster to the surface of brick masonry wall with cement mortar (1:4) including racking out joints, scraping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden floats only to proper plumbs and level and making grooves and beads to give required ornamental finish as per drawings including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes (excluding GST) and royalties, all labour, scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Wall painting with two or more coats of Distemper paint of approved brand and manufactures to give an even shade over a coat of primer of approved brand: etc. Including cost of all labours, materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, scaffolding, all taxes (excluding GST) and royalties, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Painting two coats with Water soluble weather coat paints of approved shade of approved make or equivalent over outside brick wall over a coat of primer, by means of brush to outside surface of new walls after scraping, cleaning the surface including all cost of materials, scaffolding, all taxes (excluding GST), labour, watering & curing T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and fixing Structural steel work of required pattern and size for gate, door and window etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete, as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer of required colour to give an even finish with two or more coats on new work of steel over a coat of suitable shade with primer of approved brand and manufacturer's instructions including cost of all materials with taxes (excluding GST) and transportation, all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P etc. All complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Filling excavated earth (excluding rock) in trench, plinth and side of foundation etc. In layer not exceeding in 20cm depth, consolidating each deposit layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5mincluding cost of all labours, materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes (excluding GST) and royalties, sundries and T&P, as per design and direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Providing & laying best quality Anti-Skid Ceramic floor tile of size 600x600 mm of approved make confirming to IS-15622 specifications in floor over 20mm thick cement mortar (1: 4) to proper slope, line and level including cutting to required size and shape, fixing at corners and splays etc. Including finishing the joints with epoxy based water proofing grout to match the colour and shade of tiles complete including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading & unloading, all type of taxes (excluding GST) & royalty, sundries, T&P etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer -in-charge

Providing and laying gang saw cut 18 mm thick, mirror polished pre moulded and pre polished machine cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring in road side plazas and similar locations, laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of Cement Concrete of grade M-15 with 20mm downgraded granite coarse aggregate for cement concrete Road including lowering and compacting with space vibrator or manually and finishing the concrete surface including trimming and dressing of slopes in proper thickness , watering & curing for the required period, including all cost of Shuttering, labour ,material, conveyance, royalties and taxes (excluding GST) , sundries , T&P etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Display board of size 1800mm X 1500mm made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet, Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The MS sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50 mm square post made of M.S. angle 50x50x4 mm, 4 m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement. Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of MS sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Rates include cost of materials, labour, conveyance, loading & unloading, taxes (excluding GST) and T&P etc. complete as per the direction of EIC.
