Supply and refill only Calcium Hypochlorite in Granular form / dis infectant agent having zero mercury and zero heavy metal contamination property and also having high chlorine stability period upto I year complete all as specified and as directed. Note :The item should contain anti corrosive agent to prevent corrosion in the pipe lines. In this regard necessary test certificate shall have to be produced during supply of material.

Supply and refill only TCCA-90 (Trichloro Isocyanuric Acid) in white granular form for disinfectant for swimming pool of super quality contains chlorine 90% duly Packed in 50 kg sealed drum complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge and as approved by GE.

Supply and refill only POOL-O (concentrated Algaecide for swimming pool) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge and as approved by GE.

Supply , install,testing and commisioning in repair high pressure boosting pumps of capacity 0.5 HP, single phase 240 V, with complete accessaries like connecting terminals,check valves etc as per site requirement.all as specified and directed . Make : Kirlosker or equivalent

Supply only white Alum Bricks for sedimentation of impurities in water complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and refill Copper Sulphate in 50 Kgs Bag complete all as specified and as directed

Cleaning of Over Head Water Tank / Under Ground Water Sump by 6 stage mechanized cleaning system, with imported machines, complete with the follwing process Preliminary Step Cleaning the surrounding area of the sump /Tank with high pressure jet to remove dirts, algaes, muds etc. Stage - 1(Mechanized Dewatering) Pumping out the water stored inside the sump / tank to a considerable level by using special type dewatering pump.

Stage - 2 (Sludge Removal) Sucking & removal of residual water and sludge, which has settled on the floor of the sump / tank, with the help of special type high power sludge pumping equipments. Stage - 3 (High Pressure Cleaning) Thoroughly cleaning of the walls / ceillings of the tank by using high pressure jet cleaners to remove the algaes / contaminants cleaning on the internal surfaces of the tank which helps the growth of microbiological contamination. Stage - 4 (Vacuum Cleaning) Removing of sludge, already deposited between rough surfaces of walls / ceilling / floor of the tank, with high power industrial vacuum cleaner machine, to make the tank absolutely sludge free,

Stage - 5 (Anti-bacterial Spray) Spraying of anti-bacterial agent to all the walls,ceilling,floor of the tank, for necessary anti-bacterial treatment, with high pressure spray machine, to make the tank totally bacteria free. Stage - 6 (Ultra Violet Radiation) Sterilisation and disinfection of the tank by using specially designed UV radiator machine to kill any suspended / floating bacteria, if any, present inside the tank. Note : Any minor crack found in sump will be repaired by applying water proofing compound to make good and make seal proof This process shall be applied on the following sumps / tanks for Ser Item No 10 To 14,16,17 and 19 to 22

M & L for Cleaning of underground water sumps by scrapping the internal surfaces with steel wire brushes, pumping out water below foot valve level, removing silt / debris descaling with solution and applying two coats of lime white wash internally , cleaning the internal surface of the tank to the complete satisfaction and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for the following capacity of sumps:-

3,50,000 Gallons (two compartments) of 175000 Gallons each (Pump House No 1)

1,00,000 Gallons (two compartments) of 50000 Gallons each (Near ATC). Note: - Scaffolding, brushes,bleaching powder, lime etc for cleaning the internal surface repair minor cracks and applying water proofing compound chemical and making leak proof including applying two coats of lime white wash internally and externally above ground, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint to inlet pipe above ground level and man hole cover/grills/wire mesh and two coats of tar epoxy over one coat of red oxide primer to the up and down ladders, cleaning the internal surface of the tank and arrangements for pumping out water below wash out to be arranged by the contractor the rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included for the above and nothing shall be extra paid separately in this account complete satisfaction and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

M & L for Cleaning of over head water reservoirs of 60 / 80 feet staging by scrapping the internal surfaces with steel wire brushes after removing water below drain out, silt, algae,scapping, descaling , removal of sludge etc, washing with clean water and bleaching powder @ 25 KGs / LG capacity of tank etc including applying of two coat lime white wash using 75 Kgs/LG capacity tank with internally as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, cleaning the internal surface of the tank to the complete satisfaction and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for the following capacity of tanks :-

(a) 50,000 Gallons (Tank 'D' ,'F & 'E')

(b) 1,00,000 Gallons (Tank 'A')

(c) 1,50,000 Gallons (Tank 'B')

(d) 2,00,000 Gallons (Tank 'C')

M & L for Cleaning the surface of walls of swimming pool i.e, swimming area and diving area (size : swimming area 50 mtr length, 21 mtr breadth, average depth up to 5.4 mtr, ) by throughly scrubbing the internal surfaces with necessary wire brushes, after pumping out water along with algae, suspended dirt particles (appx 1.75 LGN) completely by using pump set below the foot ball level of make up tank & removing silt/debris descaling with solution for removes efflorescence & cement residues / powerful formula and removes most oxide stains(Heavy duty tile cleaner Make: Bal Endura) cleaning the internal surface of the tank to the complete satisfaction and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

M & L for Cleaning of underground balancing water sump by scrapping the internal surfaces with steel wire brushes, pumping out water below foot valve level, removing silt / debris descaling with solution and applying two coats of lime white wash internally , cleaning the internal surface of the tank to the complete satisfaction and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for the following capacity of sumps.

Material and labour for repairs / servicing to sweeper assembly and replacement of unserviceable parts such as wire brushes and replacing of axle with bearings including front and rear wheels etc including 2 coats of epoxy painting over a coat of epoxy primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of suction sweeping machine wheels made with fibre suitable for existing suction sweeping machine complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and servicing of RO Plants including spare parts filters as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. Note :Spare Part items rates will be paid seperately

Note: Location: Vampire,Toofani and ATC

Supply only wire brushes for suction sweeping in swimming pool as per requirement heavy duty etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only suction Hose 50 mm dia bore PVC heavy duty with clamps etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of pressure filters ,sluice valves and CI pipe lines any description, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome or red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Open the filteration plant at Swimming Pool (by opening the manhole) 32,000 GPH capacity 02 Nos filter complete all as specified and as directed for the following :- NOTE : (a) Replacing the filter media such as sand, gravel and cleaning the gravels.Rejected gravels to be replaced with new gravels as directed by Engineer-in-Charge which will be measured and paid for separately.

(b) Replacing the Unserviceable pressure gauges brass control valves including connecting pipes etc. damaged/corroded nuts bolts, arresting leakages by replacing gasket with new parts. Welding as required etc.

(c) Preparing the external surface completely alongwith the piping, valves etc. apply two coats of (Ist quality) synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer

(d) Test and commission the plant all as specified and directed by Engineer - in- Charge including chemical test of filter water complete.
