Dismantling of polycarbonate/Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, plain, etc.) sheets in roof/wall coverings and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description in rafters, purlins and wind ties wtc and removal from site complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: If the planned MS structure, truss, etc is different from the existing structure, proper measurement of the existing structure to be demolished, shall be recorded in MB duly signed by the Engineer-in-Charge).

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specifeid and as directed

Dismantling timber fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section, in any position complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 or RHS/SHS Sections conforming to IS 4923:1997 grade YST 210 complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc., also for wedging, plumbing, truing up and fixing complete. No extra measurement for the same will be considered except for base plates at top & bottom of columns)

M&L preparing new or previously untreated Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) over a Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer, for MS tubular truss incl all scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed.

S&F UV-stabilised transparent corrugated polycarbonate sheeting, 3.0 mm nominal thickness, matching the profile of the existing roofing sheets, fixed with two corrugation side laps using self-drilling/coach screws with EPDM washers and approved accessories to roof, wall cladding or similar locations at any height, including cutting to size, sealing, laps, scaffolding, safety arrangements, tools and plants, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.50 mm thick TCT pre-coloured galvalume profiled roofing sheets with minimum 0.45 mm base metal thickness, high tensile steel (550 MPa) having AZ-150 zinc-aluminium alloy coating, matching the existing profile, fixed with self-drilling/self-tapping screws, fasteners and all necessary accessories including side and end laps, for any building heinght incl all safety measures, scaffoldings etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 1.08 above but 0.50 mm thick coloured plain galvalume sheet as in ridge/valley gutter of roof.
