Supply, installation testing and commissioning of split type unit wall mounted Air conditioner three star rated indoor and outdoor unit complete with cordless remote control unit and with inbuilt air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with ISEER 3 star rating of capacity 2.0 TR complete with copper tubing power cables insulating material all specified and directed. Make : Blue Star, Cat Part No.FA324YLUWK or its equivalent model in Voltas, Samsung as approved by GE.

Supply, installation and testing Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170V to 250V with output voltage stabilzed at 230 V with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 5.0 KVA complete all as specified and directed

S & F submain wiring with two single core 4 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper cable 1100 vots grade multistrand, un-sheathed conductor drawn into PVC casing and caping alongwith all necessary fittings including 4 sqmm multi strand FRLS PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuty conductor connected to common earth dolly and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- 2 runs of line conductor and 1 run of earth continuity conductor shall be measured as one unit length.

S&F single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps 240V AC complete all as specified and directed.

S & F feather- kites special coated wall mounting stand suitable for 1.5 to 2.0 TR split AC outdoor unit consisting of brecket 2 Nos, L- angle - 02 Nos, M8 x 50mm anchor fastener 06 Nos complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making a new rain protection shed with angle iron of size 25 x 25 x 5mm thickness and inclusive galvanised corrugated MS sheet with two corrugations side laps fixed with L-type or J-type hooks including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of surface with necessary cutting / welding and nuts / bolts for fixing of shed on wall etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , assembly and erection of GI sheet with TDF flange rectangular / square duct (as per existing size and shape) made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, including fire damper made out of galvanised steel blade and frame and all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc of size 22 Gauge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for duct insulation with resin bonded nitrile rubber insulator of density 24 kg /Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation as 25 mm specified and including the following:-

(A) M&L for cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated ) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (B) M&L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (C) M&L for sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (D) M & L for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon / steel straps of size 12 mm / 50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr.

M&L for MS frame work for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the fire alarm control panel complying with BS EN 54 but 4 loop panel with 99 detectors & 99 modules & upto 200 detectors and modules (per each loop) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the detectors complying with and type certified to EN - 45 addressable type multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination photoelectric / optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS: 11360 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the addressable intelligent manual call point resettable type with inbuilt microprocessor and memory, MCP with inbuilt isolator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing remote response indicator, annuciating type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the fire alarm sounder / sirens electronic type horizontal single stage continous normal operation for atleast 50 minutes with sound level 65 DB to 120 DB measured at 1.5 m with sound output variation of + 5 DB for 2000 mtr range complete all as specified and directed.
