Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with 20% stone boulder incl. all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT/ H.L.

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth including all shapes, leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT / H.L. in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

Centring and shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of form work Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete inclu. curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing & reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone agg. 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing & laying damp-proof Course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg 12.5 mm nominal size) and curing complete

carriages of materials by mechinical trancsport incl. loading, unloading and stacking complete

stone agg below 40 mm lead of 25 kms

Sand for a lead of 25 kms.

stone agg above 40 mm lead of 25 kms

Bricks for an avg lead of 50 kms
