Attending complaint against defective ceiling fans /exhaust fans to find out the defects of any type by using continuity test of winding and replacing unserviceable consumable spare parts like regulator,capacitor , burnt winding, bearing, blades etc all as specified and directed. Note:- Spare parts will be measured and paid seperately

Taking down existing ceiling fan of any sweep with blade and down rods etc from ceiling/walls by unscrewing the nut bolts, opening the split pin and sending for repairs to workshop/storeyard for safe custody, repairing and re-fixing the same after repairs, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Repairs shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Dismantling of ceiling fan of 1200 / 1400mm sweep with blade, overhauling the fan motor assembly for servicing after inspecting all dismantled parts for their serviceablity and cleaning , greasing and removing all deposited materials and replacing unserviceable parts and components with new ones and reassembling the same complete for smooth functioning by replacing the following spares. Note :- Spare parts and connected job work will be measured seperately.

Rewinding of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep motor with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge, weight to be measuerd before and after winding, after cutting and removing burnt winding, including varnishing of new winding and drying up carefully all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, capacitor of 2.5 mfd for fans, single phase, 230 V, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, capacitor of 4 mfd for fans, single phase, 230 V, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 15 mm medium grade GI tube down rod 450 mm long, duly painted, for ceiling fans with necessary holes drilled, threaded and suitable bolts and nuts all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs 15 mm medium grade GI tube down rod 900 mm long, duly painted, for ceiling fans with necessary holes drilled, threaded and suitable bolts and nuts all as specified and directed

Supply only bearings suitable for existing fans of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only bush of different sizes suitable for existing fans of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only PVC Canopy suitable for existing ceiling fans of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only hanging clamps suitable for existing fans of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, Modular fan Regulator,120 W, electronic stepped type, 230 Volts 2 module, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs set of suitable fan blades for 1200 mm sweep ceiling fans all as specified and directed.

Repairs to fan shaft by welding, grinding including lathing for properly seating in fan body and repairs to motor body cover if required all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparing old painted surfaces of ceiling fans of 1200 mm sweep, and applying spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour, including writing MES No on painted surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing exhaust fan of any sweep with blade and down rods etc from ceiling/walls by unscrewing the nut bolts, opening the split pin and keeping in safe custody repairing and re-fixing the same after repairs, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Repairs shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Dismantling / opening of 300 mm exhaust fan motor assembly, inspecting all dismantled parts, repairing replacing the unserviceable parts and components with new one to the extent required including oiling greasing , removing all deposited material, reassembling motor assembly all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Spares and connected job works will be measured and paid separately.

Taking down geysers of capacity 25/50 liters and re-fixing at the same locations, after painting with one coat of white synthetic enamel paint and making it functional including replacement of defective parts, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Spares and connected job works will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in repairs, MCB SPN, 240 volts, 32 - 40 Amps, 50 Hz, 10 KA breaking capacity, 'C' Series all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring, supply and fixing Sub main wiring using FRLS grade PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 volts grade, multi stranded copper conductor cable, 2 runs of single core of size 4 Sq mm and one run of earth continuity conductor of size 4 Sq mm to be drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit, of 20 mm dia fixed on surface / concealed in walls / roof / floors complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: - i) Two runs of 4 sq.mm cable, one run of 4 sq mm earth wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length.

Taking down old unserviceable energy meter boxes and Supply , fabricate and fix energy meter boxes of required sizes at site, using MS sections for frames and cladding in plain MS sheet including door and locking arrangements including taking down meters if necessary and refixing the same after fixing of the boxes complete all as specified and directed at site. The boxes shall be got manufactured by CPRI approved manufacturer.

Supply and fix LED building security light fitting 25W with lamp including 20mm medium grade GI Tube of suitable length as a bracket with clamp including taking down old existing fittings complete all as per Make : Astro neo of Crompton , Cat No : LSTS-25-CDL-M or equivalent model of Philips/Havells/ Wipro/Bajaj as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing MCCB 415 V 4 pole 160 Amps 16 KA using copper lugs for terminations including taking down old MCCB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix, DB TPN 8 way (Vertical type), double door, with Sheet metal enclosure, for using MCCBs as incomer and outgoing circuits, flush mounted, prewired, 415 V, AC, 50 Hz, Factory made, powder coated, IP-42 protection conforming to IS-13032 universal mounting with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar, neutral link, earth link, earthing studs, detachable gland plates with knockouts on both sides, etc complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : i) All unused modules shall be provided with blanking plate for which the cost is deemed to be included in the cost of MCB DBs. ii) MCCB/MCB/ Isolators will be measured and paid separately as supply and fix under respective items.

Supply and fix MCB SP 6 - 32 Amp 240 Volts 10 KA C curve using copper lugs for terminations complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
