Providing and fixing chromium plated brass curtain rods having wall thickness of 1.25 mm with two chromium plated brass brackets fixed with C.P. brass screws and PVC sleeves etc., wherever necessary complete :

Providing and fixing fly proof galvanized M.S. wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm all complete.

In alluminium Window fixing with necessary beading/clips etc.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass hasp and staple (safety type) with necessary screws etc. complete :

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete :

Providing and fixing aluminium handles ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete :

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing magnetic catcher of approved quality in cupboard / ward robe shutters, including fixing with necessary screws etc. complete.

Double strip (horizontal type)

Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC ‘C’ channel of size 30mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top, bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10 mm (5 mm x 2 ) thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm+2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the ‘C’ Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge, manufacturer’s specification & drawing.

30 mm thick plain PVC door shutters.

Providing and fixing bright /matt finished Stainless Steel handles of approved quality & make with necessary screws etc all complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification.

Two or more coats on new work.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Two coats.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work.

French spirit polishing :

One or more coats on old work.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer's specification.

One or more coats on old work.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:

Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Providing and fixing solid plastic seat with lid for pedestal type W.C. pan complete :

Floor cleaning of mosaic tiles/ cast in situ flooring , kota stone flooring , marble flooring, skirting ,Steps and risers by machine etc. to remove all the stain and dirt from the floor cost of all material including necessary scrubber pad and proprietory liquid cleaner etc. required to complete as per directiion of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Health faucet sprey of pary ware or equivalent with S.S coloured flexible tube minimum 1.0 metre long to Eureopean type W.C. of quality and make as approved by Engineer - in - charge.

Cleaning of Basin / Kitchen Sink / W.C. pan with necessary acid for removal of the stains all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning wire mesh of doors/windows including removing of dirt, stains etc . With chemicals completely with wire brush as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing of Door ,Window shutters for free movement i/c cleaning,easing,oiling,putting screws in hinges,repairs to frame & shutters if any all complete as per direction of EIC.

Grouting the nanhi trap/WC Pan trap with white cement to avoid seepage of water on to the adjoining wall etc including making puncture if needed and repairing the same to make it water proof all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing two way C.P. brass bib cock of Paryware or equivalent ofapproved quality for fixing health flaucet.
