SUB HEAD-I : OPERATION & MAINTENANCE Annual upkeep of complete Fire Fighting and PHE pumping system comprising of hydropneumatic pumps including associated Electrical panels and other accessories, preventive maintenance of Fire Fighting and sprinkler system ,CO2 flooded system installed with various Electrical Panels at different locations and all associated accessorries, periodical cleaning, servicing, testing of systems as per enclosed technical specifications and manufacturer's recommendations, attending & rectifying day to day complaints etc as required by providing following man power .

SHIFT DUTY Pump operator / Mechanic (Skilled) -(Total 4 Nos i/c one reliever for performing shift duties)

SH II : Fire Diesel Engine (B & C Checks) Carry out B- check of the Fire Diesel engine (Engine Model No.JUGHUF54 make - CLARKE U.K LTD). as per OEM recommendation (Material required for B- check and C- checks shall be issued by AAI) These B-check activities shall be carried out by OEM of Pump /Engine (i.e., Patterson/Clarke U.K.Ltd.) or his authorised distributor/Service center only.

SH II : Fire Diesel Engine (B & C Checks) Supply of following spares suitable to carry out 'B' & 'C' Check of 216 BHP Fire Engine Set (Engine Model No.JUGHUF54 make - CLARKE U.K LTD).

SH-III Rewinding & Repairing Rewinding and reparing of following ratings vertical type jockey pump motors including overhauling/ servicing , varnishing, baking, applying moisture proof varnish, assembling, testing ,decoupling and coupling, loading / unloading and transportation to and from the site complete (as and when required) .(Old defective winding shall be retained by Agency).

3 phase Vertical type motor of 4 KW, 2950 RPM, Discharge(Q)-10.5 m3/h,Head(H)-89 mtr, of jockey pump(for jockey sprinkler).

3 phase Vertical type motor of 7.5 KW, 2940 RPM, Discharge(Q)-10.6 m3/h,Head(H)-139.5 mtr, of jockey pump(for jockey hydrant).

SH-III Rewinding & Repairing Rewinding and reparing of diffrent make, type and capacity of sump pump motor(MONOBLOCK TYPE) including overhauling/ servicing , varnishing, baking, applying moisture proof varnish, assembling, testing ,decoupling and coupling, loading / unloading and transportation to and fro from the site complete (as and when required) .(Old defective winding shall be retained by Agency).

3 Phase, P1-1.5 KW P2-2.14 KW, Head(H)- 16.7 to 6.5 mtr, Hmin- 6.5 m , Discharge(Q)= 200-700 Ltr/Min. Make -Lowra.

3 Phase, 2.40 KW, 2780 rpm., Make- Steady by Xylem.

SH-III Rewinding & Repairing Rewinding and reparing of diffrent type and capacity of vertical type pump motor including overhauling/ servicing , varnishing, baking, applying moisture proof varnish, assembling, testing ,decoupling and coupling, loading / unloading and transportation to and fro from the site complete (as and when required) .(Old defective winding shall be retained by Agency).( Make- XYLEM).

0.55 KW 2860 RPM Head(H)- 12.2 to 28.2 mtr, Discharge(Q)= 2.4 to 8.5 m3/h.

1.5 KW, 2860 RPM, Head(H)-44.2 to 21.7 mtr, Discharge(Q)-5 to 14 m3/h.

1.1 KW 2850 RPM,Head(H)-43.7 to 28.3 mtr, Discharge(Q)-2.4 to 8.5 m3/h.

5.5 KW 2910 RPM, Head(H)- 146.5 to 74.3 mtr, Discharge(Q)-5 to 14 m3/h.

SH IV : CO2 Flooded System Annual Upkeep of CO2 flooded system with following schedule/non-schedule activities as and when required.

Refilling/Charging of (CO2) Gas (including supply of Gas) in cylinder

Replacement of CO2 Fire Detection Tube

Calibration of weighing machines installed in Carbon Dioxide (CO2) flooding system in the Electrical panels by Weight & Measurement Deptt., Govt.of India/GNCTD.

Hydrostatic Re-Testing and Inspection of CO2 Cylinders by any Govt. accredited Laboratory and submission of testing report.

Replacement of faulty Load cell in the weighing machine.

Replacement of faulty CO2 cylinder of capacity 4.5KG

Replacement of faulty control panel of weighing machine.

SH V : Painting Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved make and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade after one coat of Red Oxide

One coat of Red Oxide & 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint (Fire red color)

SH VI : Replacing of valves Replacing, testing and commissioning of following rating butterfly valves for Fire Hydrant/Sprinkler Line as per specifications as and when required with new one. A) BUTTERFLY VALVE with Cast Iron body, Stainless Steel disc nitrile sheet & O - ring & PN 25 pressure rating, IS marked as specified with flanges etc.

SH VI : Replacing of valves Replacing, testing and commissioning of following rating gate valves for Fire Hydrant/Sprinkler Line as per specifications as and when required with new one. A) GATE VALVES with Cast Iron body,PN 16 pressure rating, IS marked of specified flanged

SH VI : Replacing of valves Replacement of CI / bronze / gun metal non-return valve IS marked flanged complete as and when required with new one of following sizes & PN 16 pressure rating :-

Non Return Valve (250 mm dia), Cast Iron

Non Return Valve (150 mm dia), Cast Iron

Non Return Valve (80 mm dia) , Cast Iron

Non Return Valve (65 mm dia) , Cast Iron

Non Return Valve (40 mm dia), Bronze / Gun Metal

Non Return Valve (32 mm dia), Bronze / Gun Metal

SH VII : DSR Execution of works as per CPWD schedule of rates and specification for amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- as and when required during contract period. Rates for the items under DSR shall be taken as under: Item rate as per DSR-2018 = X Basic rate (on which percentage above or below to be quoted)= Y = X / 1.1405 (ex. GST) Example: if rate of an item as per DSR-2018 = 114.05 Basic rate (on which percentage above or below to be quoted) = 114.05 / 1.1405 = 100 If contractor is quoting Rs. 1,50,000/- againts Rs. 2,00,000 i.e. 25 % below it means Rs. 75.00 (ex GST) shall be paid for that item against Rs. 114.05 (as per DSR-2018)
