REPAIR AND REHABILITATION OF RCC MEMBERS AND EXTERNAL PLASTER OF KV SCHOOL AT INS MANDOVI UNDER GE (P) NAVY MANDOVI

Taking down cement plaster of Stone/ PCC block brick wall/ top of chajja or concrete surface of any description including raking out jonts hacking for key securing down with water etc and removal of debris to outside of INS Mandovi area inculding filling of open joints in cement mortar 1.6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dubbing out with CM 1.4 with ready mix plaster of approved make average 15mm thick on irregular face of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including disposal of debris. Etc outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work witth sub class B old size bricks and of class designation 35 (min compresive strength 35 Kg/sq cm) straight or curved on pian exc 6 mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub- class B bricks. straight or curved on plan to any raidus in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specfied and directed.

M & L for Precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks type C1 1:3 6 set in cement mortar 1:6 (20mm graded aggregate) exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement plaster 20 mm thick in CM 1:4. two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of M/s Utratech Cement Lt or other approved equivalent make. having minimum composition of C:S : 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for extemal plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties. mechnlcal mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specfication of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 15 mm thick and finishing coat of 5 mm thick final rendenng inculding using richer mix for making corners if necessary, including water proffing powder at 3 % of cement at all floors and level, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including providing chicken wiremesh 100mm x 100mm size at RCC & brick in joints including cleaning the surfaces. curing etc complete al as per specifications & as directed by the EIC note: water proofing powder will be measured and paid seperately complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix plaster M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd' or other approved equIvalent make, having minimum Composition of C:S:1:6 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand confiming to IS 383 suitable for plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacurer and applied over masonry and concrete surfaces, including providing chicken wiremesh 100mm x 100mm size at RCC & brick in joints, including cleaning the surfaces, curing etc complete al as specified & directed by. Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling using factory manufactured pre mix/re ady mix plaster M/s UItratech Cement Ltd' or other approved equivalent make. having minimum composition of CS: 13 using fully treated dry. well graded natural sand confirming to IS 383 suitable for plastering in ceiling. having low rebound properties low water demand for curing properties mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over concrete surfaces, including providing chicken wirernesh 100Ornn x100mm size at RCC & brick in joints, including cleaning the surfaces. curing etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing plant/growth including its roots upto 1.00m of plant height at any location/at any storey and of any description and treating the surfaces with Acid (HCL) and making good surfaces with cerment mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.
