Structural steel rolled section angle iron 65 x 65 x 6mm 2.2m long 12.76 Kg per Picket confirming to IS 2065-1984 including fabrication for strut post bending at top portion including making three Nos holes of 15mm diameter including 0.20 m 16 mm diameter MS rod two pieces to be welded at bottom for anchoring purpose including one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint for exposed surfaces of angle above GL and two coats of bituminous paint on embedded portion of strut 0.55 metre below GL. Fabrication and installation of one 18x10 feet gate with 2.5 x 2.5 feet Granite Cladded Pillars

Entrance gate shall be constructed by providing RCC columns of height 15’ and cross section of 2.5’ x 2.5’ . Fasteners to be provided at 3 equidistant position within column to fix gate panels. The gates should be made of angle iron 65 x 65 x 6mm as framing and angle iron 50 x 50 x 6mm as bracing. 16mm diameter square bars forged into spikes on top to be provided in the frame of gate at 100mm centre to centre. A wicket gate of size 1 x 1.6m to be provided as per drawing attached. 06 Numbers MS Pinth Hinges 75mm long and 20mm dia to be fixed with cleats to erect the gate on the columns. 01 Number of sliding bolts 350mm long with 20mm diameter bolt will be fitted to the centre rail of the gate & wicket gate. 02 Number of MS Tower Bolts 450mm long 20mm diameter to be fixed at bottom of the gate to hold the gate when it open. Suitable MS pipes to be inserted at closed position & open position for tower bolts to fit in. Fasteners 300mm length of angle iron ISA 65 x 65 x 6mm to be provided within each RCC column at 3 equidistant position. 200mm of angle iron embedded within the main RCC column and 100m protruding out with MS bar welded at the end for fixing of gate. Embedded portion to be provided with 20mm round bar of 200mm length welded at the end of the angle iron to act as anchor. Rollers to be provided under gate with suitable rolles channel embedded in rd for smooth opening of gate.
