Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving of any description not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) including removing materials obtained from demolition from worksite to outside MD land at any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ,type A2 , using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 150 mm thick as in floors/paved surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement morter etc complete all as specified including removing of materials obtained from demolition from worksite to outside MD land at any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work built in cement mortar 1:6 with Sub Class 'B' bricks (old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Trellis work ( Jafri) , including taking as under of battens in trellis ( Posts and rails measured separately) one way complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 1:2:4 type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) , 40 mm thick ( measured solid), including all mouldings frame etc set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc. including removing rubbish material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces brick or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement in Cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered or un-decorated surfaces of walls, applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted over one coat of chalk whitening on walls including washing floors, drops and splashes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of mild steel Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings, including removing of rusted unserviceable wire from work site and keep serviceable wire for reused in safe custody complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for Mild steel Galvanised, (hot dipped galvanised) 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts , including,securing or tying at crossings with and Provision of galvanised mild steel wire , staples or steel pins etc. ( each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc., including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- The total length of post after dismantling shall be measured for the purpose of payment towards work done)

Excavating in post holes in soft/ loose soil ( or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m. getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layer not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 M complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:1.5:3 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq.cm. and n exc 250 sq.cm. with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing angle iron fencing post and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe410-0 or Fe 310-0 any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations/mass concrete for fixing fencing posts or struts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Mild steel deformed or twisted bars ( TMT) 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or higher complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Mild steel deformed or twisted bars ( TMT) 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending as in stirrups, spears, Nib for fixing barbed wire and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or higher complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of chain link wire mesh of any type including removing of rusted unserviceable wire mesh, flat iton, round bar MS, nuts & bolts from work site and keep serviceable wire mesh, flat iton, round bar MS, nuts & bolts for reused in safe custody complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing to post old and new including line wires, any mesh , size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: MS flat iron and nuts and bolt shall be measured and paid under respective items and old material shall be obtained from dismantling item here-in-before.)

Material and labour for Mild steel round bars 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for chain link fencing, as in tie bar strengthing and fixing with nuts & bolts in fencing post complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as item No.23 here-in-before but except material (Material obtained from dismantling item here-in-before).

Material and labour for Mild screw bolts ( Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends , each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut , exc 10cm but n exc 15 cm long and 11 to 15 mm dia. of shank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for MS flat iron 40 mm x 6mm thick, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire , etc.; flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc. including all necessary drilling , bolting or rivetting , etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, fabricating and fixed rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces,etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening .grade Fe-410-W ( Gde-E-250) quality -B including dismantling of old rusted steel and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coat of white wash on newly prepared surfaces of walls including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden /wood based materials surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all dropings etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description , not otherwise described ,over 10 cm width or girth and painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described not exc.10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for forming contraction (Dummy) joint 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 1.6 mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws , clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with rivetted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour in replacement Concertina coil 610 mm dia having 50 Nos of turns in each coil weighing approx 8.5 kg/coil fabricated from PTC, anti rust coating of specification as indicated below extendable upto a length of 6 meters enabling adjacent coils to be jointed by special galvanized steel clips in order to form a long stretch of continuous barrier including taking down existing coil and removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Specification of PTC : Punched tape coils of approx weight 8.5 kg/coil and length 6m (approx) PTC round in shape, made of GP sheet 5mm and high tensile HC wire 2.6 mm, with blades of size 19 mm+ 2mm, at a distance of 24 cm and it is coated with anti rusted paint for maximum corrosion both sides resistance and durability and also providing camouflage effect complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness as in roof coverings including removing of unserviceable material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 1.00mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275, fixed over flat iron fastners by means of nuts and bolts and moulding the sheet for required size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises outside MD land at any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured (Printed) tiles, 350 mm x 250 mm x 7mm/450 x 350 x 7 mm thick, in dado skirting and vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match including rendering 10 mm thick in cement morter 1:4 for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: Rendering shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, Confirming to IS: 15622 : 2006 grade B II (a) matt superior finish flooring set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 bedding layer for floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.( Note: Scrred bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

Demolition of reed lathing, single or double, including battens and plaster or chicken wire mesh complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing wire netting of galvanised steel wire 1.40 mm dia fixed with tinned tack of wire staples and size of mesh 25 mm etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
