PROVISION OF URGENT PROTECTION MEASURES ALONGIWITH LAND DEVELOPMENT WORK NEAR BUILDING NO P-413 AT CGDHQ 09 DIGLIPUR (PARA 35 WORK)

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in soft/ loose soil surface formed to required slope etc, complete all as scpecified and as directed

Excavating over areas, not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and getting out Hard/Dense soil

S & F 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150x100mm mesh, made up into matteresses or cages, lappaed wired and laid in postion including closing after filling inclufing necessary hooking with nut and bolt for nailing at edges of mesh complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for PCC M-20 using 12.5 mm garded crushed stone aggregate (Design Mix) in slopy area of any description over GI wire mesh fixed on prepared earth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 25 mm dia high yield strength deformed TMT bars on scarp portion of land slide area, insertation to a depth of as ordered by Engineer-in-Charge using soil nailing technique by mechanical means complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 8mm dia 125mm to 200mm long galvanised iron L-hook, bolts fixed in holes and secured with MS plate 10cm x 10cm, 4mm thick to the GI steel wire forming mortice holes sutable to the size of J-hook bolts complete all as specifed and directed by Engr - in -Charge.

M & L for perforated 50mm nominal bore galvanised iron pipe,medium grade pipe ISI-1239 having perforation of exceeding 12mm dia and not exceeding 25mm @ 100mm C/C in three rows duly fitted with (welded) mild steel conical shoe suitable for 50mm pipe having wall thickness equal to thickness of pipe including drilling holes into hill slope using rotary drilling technique complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply only mild steel conical shoe suitable for 50mm pipe having wall thickness equal to thickness of pipe and welded to one end of the pipe (to facilitate smooth driving of pipe into the ground) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for stone boulder pitching, grouted with cement and sand morter 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Excavating over areas, exceeding 1.50 m deep and not exceeding 3 m deep getting out in any type of soil.

M&L for PCC Type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for RCC M-30 (design mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC M-30 (design mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses.

Use & waste formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, for rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified.

M&L for boulder filling dry, hand picking tightly, as in weep hole of retaining wall

S & F for PVC pipe single socked in any length with rubble rings 110mm dia as in weep holes of retaining walls complete all as specified

Rough excavation n exc. 1.5m deep and getting out in Hard / dence soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and back filling of retaining walls using approved earth obatined from excavation including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm thick complete all as specified (Back filling required for Hill side only)

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance n exc 50m and depositng where directed at a level n exc 1.50m above the starting point all as specified

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any postion not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and diretced
