Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work lift upto 1.50 mtrs. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtr. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. Layer when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth all kinds of soil within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:3:6(1cement:3approved sand:6approved graded stone agg.40mm nominal size)& curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1:2(1cement:1 approved sand:2approved graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth:

Foundation and plinth(bed)within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall including attached buttress, pillasters and their caps and string cources etc. upto floor two level within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4(1cement:2Sand:4Graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in lintels, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plate 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frames 30x30x5mmso as give a fair finish i/c centring, shuttering, &centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs. &removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:

Vertical surface such as wall(any thickness) partitions and the likeincluding attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string cources and thelike within all leads and lifts.

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landing and the likefloor etc. upto 200mm in thickness within all leads and lifts.

Edges of slab and breaks in floors and walls under 20cm. Wide within all leads and lifts.

Providing mild steel/tor steel for RCC work including bending binding and placing in p[osition complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Man Hole cover with frame of MS sheet and angle size 600x600mm(weight of Man-hole not less 35kg) including welding and cutting charges complete within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

10mm cement plastering in single coat on fair side of brick/ concrete wall for internal plastering upto floor two level i/c arrises internal angles, chamfers and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand).within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charger.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats) to give an even shade i/c thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dust dirt & other foreign matter within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing GMS ventilating pipe over flow pipe (25 to 32)mm dia including all fitting as required within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing GMS tube s of following dia in walls, floors etc.including tube fittings and making the wall floors etc.good i.e. welding with one feets 25mm flat iron both side of req.pipe.(25 to 32)mm)

Providing and fixing controlling arrangement with (25 to 32)mm dia wheel valve i/c all type of tube fitting complete.

Laying and jointing in trenches High Density, Polythene Pipes for use for buried water main line and services and for water supply/irrigation above ground, both inside and out side building duly ISI marked (IS:4984-1995) as ammended upto date) in the following grade of materials, pressure rating and nominal dia complete with fitting (earth work to be measured and paid for separately).
