Removing excavated material (soils) exc. 250m and n exc. 1.5 km depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting/filling to camber by using earth compactor of capacity exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne or compaction methodology recommended by soil test agency to under OMC to achieve the min 98% density of MDD determined using modified compactor density determination method as per IS code of existing soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for platform / plinth etc. & finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement incl necessary formwork complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L P.C.C. 1:2:4 type B1 (with using 20mm graded aggregate) as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs including forming etc. complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation, filling mass concrete type-C2, 1:3:6, (40mm graded aggregate) for pole foundation & finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement incl necessary formwork complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L Cement concrete in surface channels and drains type C-1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting of existing GI pipe 40 mm bore in any position for insertion and fitting of new Tee(40x40x25), after threading both ends of pipe with die for fixing Tee for branch connection all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing of 25mm bore galvanised iron tubing medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbow, tee, socket, reducers, unions etc as required at site laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note: Necessary earthwork shall be measured and paid separately

S&F of 25mm bore gun metal gate/globe valve, ISI Marked, cast copper alloy screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe & fixed to complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 20mm bore gun metal gate/globe valve, ISI Marked, cast copper alloy screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe & fixed to complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply install ansd testing of self priming monoblock pump set having suction and delivery size 25 x 25 mm, 0.5 HP, head 6 to 40m, 2900 RPM, single phase 240V complete with sensor for automatic operation of pump set when water level reaches low/high set point in the tank. A toggle switch to be provided in the sensor control unit for manual operation of the pump set including necessary PCC foundation for pump set.

S&F rotational moulded polythene water storage tank(cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoised and fixed in position of capacity 1000 Ltr all as specified and directed by Engg -in-charge.

M&L for providing sand cushioning for protection of UG cable (8 cm deep before laying & 15 cm above the top edge of cable after laying) in trenches with dry (coarse) sand approved quality including filling, spreading and punning down to desired thickness complete all as specified & as directed. NOTE : Punned thickness of 18 cm only shall be considered for payment purpose.

Supply and laying sub class "B" bricks in trenches for protection of UG Cable laid with wise perpendicular to the axis of cable dry & flat complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply, fixing and laying in trenches or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 Volts grade heavy duty LT UG cable, 3.5 core 25Sqmm, with XLPE insulated stranded Aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape, Armoured with galvanised steel wire and overall sheathed including cable gland, lugs, jointing material etc, jointing, connecting , testing and commissioning all as specified and directed. Note: Necessary earthwork shall be measured and paid separately

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug bolts, nuts and screw as specified, type 410 SP-31, 9 Meter long including painting all external exposed steel surfaces with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and all internal surfaces & external surfaces in contract with concrete with two coats of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and as directed. The poles shall confirm to IS - 2713 & each component pipe shall be ISI Marked & confirm to IS - 1161complete all as specified & directed.
