Providing cup lock metallic scaffolding arrangements with working platform at various elevations inside the boiler furnace from I Pass 11 Mtr (S-panel area) to 54 Mtr EL (Elephant door – 9th floor level) for High pressure water Jet Cleaning of Boiler tube surfaces for tube thickness survey, defective water wall tube rectification and Burner overhaul work, etc., and dismantling the scaffolding after completion of the work. Including hire charges for cuplock metallic scaffolding materials, platforms, ladders, T&P’s, consumables, and necessary safety precautions etc., in 600 MW Boiler . ( 1 Operation => 3 x 3 = 9 Sq.mtr)

Charges for complete cleaning of Boiler I pass heating surface tubes from 11 Mtr (S-panel area) to 54 Mtr EL (Elephant door – 9th floor level) by high pressure Hydro Jet pumps. Work involves arrangement of pumps and accessories at site, jet cleaning the furnace, heat transfer surface of Boiler I pass water wall tubes, S panel tubes, Burner tubes, etc., scraping the slags over the boiler tubes surfaces if required Removal of residue from the bottom ash hopper completely. Including hire charges for high jet pump, T&P’s, consumables, and necessary safety precations etc., in 600 MW Boiler.
