| 2Scope of Scope: 1) Removal of covers and guards etc of hoist drum assembly. 2) Complete cleaning of assenbly and adjoining area 3) Opening and removal of Bearing caps etc. 4) Dismantling of roof 5) Dismantling of complete hoist system. 6) Cutting a window in side plate to access the crack 7) Repairing of pedestal foundation and revolving frame crack by 'V' groove making and welding. 8) Fabrication and welding of new plate to close the access window. 9) Assembling of LHS and RHS pedestals. 10) Repairing of worn out teeth of hoist drum bull gear. 11) replacement of hoist drum bearing, re-fitting of hoist drum assembly and other alied sub-assemblies. 12) Alignment of hoist machinery system and 13) Re-fitting of covers and guards etc. Maximum likely manpower to be deployed per shift : 18 Nos. (01 No. Highly Skilled Supervisor, 05Nos. Skilled, 08 Nos. Semi-skilled and 04 No. Un-skilled). Note : All steel material , welding and gauging electrodes and industrial gases as per requirement will be provided by NCL. | |||||
