Providing and fixing ASTM pipes including all ASTM plain& brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing . This includes jointing of pipes & fitting with one step ASTM solvent cement and testing of joints complete (Internal work exposed on wall ) - 25mm nominal outer dia pipes

Providing and fixing brass gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) - 15mm nominal bore.

Providing flanged joints to double flanged C.I./D.I. pipes and specials including necessary bolts, nuts, rubber insertion and testing of joints etc.,complete - 100mm diameter pipe

Providing flanged joints to double flanged C.I./D.I. pipes and specials including necessary bolts, nuts, rubber insertion and testing of joints etc.,complete - 150mm diameter pipe.

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valve (PN 1.6) (with handwheel) conforming to IS 14846 and ISI marked, with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc.,complete (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) - 100 mm dia.

Providing and fixing C.I. non return valve (PN 1.6) conforming to IS 5312 and ISI marked, with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc.,complete (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) - 100 mm dia

Providing and laying Ductile Iron Double flanged pipes of class K9 (Electro steel/Sripipes/Jindal/Electrotherm) conforming to IS specification 8329/2000 and ISI marked suitable for flanged joints in good condition including transportation of D.I.pipe from production centre/company to the site at UT of Puducherry, lowering to the trenches(or fixing in over head tanks above ground level) laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment etc.,complete all as per IS12288 and CPWD specification . (earth work and jointing of pipes with rubber insertion will be paid separately) -150mm dia.

Providing and fixing in position flanged standard D.I. specials (Electro steel/Sripipes/Jindal/Kiswok) such as tees, bends, collors, tapers, caps etc.conforming to IS specification 9523/2000 and ISI marked - 100 to 300mm dia.

Providing and fixing Cast iron flanges conforming to IS specification 1538 and ISI marked. - 100 mm dia.

Providing and fixing Cast iron flanges conforming to IS specification 1538 and ISI marked. - 150 mm dia.

Supplying and fixing C.T. metering panel board as per Electricity Department Specification (Drawing enclosed). Panel board of size 1800mm x 900mm x 300mm made of 18 gauge CRMS sheet painted with two coats of enamel paint over Zinc chromate primer with necessary MS base channel. The panel board shall include power mat, copper busbar, 8mm thick Hylan sheet of size 84 x 54cm

Supplying and fixing of 10KVAR power capacitor (CG/L&T/Siemens make) for 17.5/20 HP motor complete.

Supplying and fixing of fully automatic air break star-delta starter range for 13A to 25A F.A.S.D. (Bharat Culter Hammer/L&T/Siemens make) with suitable M.S. angle frame etc., complete.- 20HP to 25HP pumpsets -(ML-1.5)

Supplying and fixing of 1x3x6 sqmm (single run) PVC insulated copper submersible flat flexible cable of Finolex make complete.-12.5HP to 20HP pumpset

Supplying of 3.5x70 sqmm underground cable (Paragon/suncab/Empire) complete.- 50HP pumpset.

Laying of UG cable and providing termination of cable joint with suitable cable gland,cable socket etc., complete - 3.5/4 x 50 / 3.5/4 x 70 sqmm cable.

Making earth pit of G.I. pipe for earthing in earth pit with 40mm dia. G.I. pipe medium class of length 3.05m perforated with 46 Nos of 12mm dia. holes, pipe lowered in bore holes of 150mm dia. and filled in with charcoal and salt in alternative layer of 300mm, the top of G.I. pipe shall be clamped. Earth pit shall be provided with 60cm dia precast ring with 60cm depth alround,covered with R.C.C. precast slab etc. as per I.E. standards.

Supplying and fixing of copper flat (25 x 3mm) for earthing arrangements including bolts and nuts etc

Laying of under ground cable direct in ground including metal road cutting,excavation of earth, sand cushion, brick protection, back filling etc., complete. - above 50 sqmm

Supplying of electricallly operated horizontal split casing pump and motor(JYOTHI/KIRLOSKAR/BEACON) make AC 3 phase,415 volts,50 HZ,1500 RPM,squirrel cage motor.The pump shall have bronze impeller,high grade steel shaft,flexible coupling set,including the cost of common,M.S. Base plate,foundation bolts,etc.complete with suitable suction and delivery sizes.(20 HP centrifugal motor and pumpset).

Supplying and fixing of 20 X 20 mm size vaccum pump (KIRLOSKAR/MAXWELL/DEKKAR) make 3 phase monoblock motor and pumpset complete.-0.75 KW/1 HP

Erection,testing and commissioning of the centrifugal motor pumpset with pipe fittings,etc.complete.- 15 HP to 25 HP motor.
