Construction of RCC Precast compound wall of Mandap Basti in Ward No. 09

Construction, providing, Supplying and Precast RCC/SFRC fencing compound wall poles having finished dimension of 200mmX200mmX300mm (long) made of M-30 grade concrete with 10 nos of 4mm dia HTPC (High Tension pre coated) wire, fixed in cast-in-situ PCC M-20 concrete in foundation Footing of size 600 mm dia 300mm deoth from top and P.C.C of proportion in cc (1:4:8) of size 600 mm dia 300 mm depth at bottom in side the RCC collar pipe of 600 mm internal dia placed over a base of Plane cement concrete of Propotion with C.C (1:4:8) of size 680 mm dia 100 mm depth including excavating foundation pit for each pole in Slusy Soil of size 680 mm dia 700mm depth including providing Cast-in-situ P.C.C of Propotion in C.C (1:4:8) of Size 1520 mm length,150 mm Width & 100mm depth below slab panel including wtering & Curing for required days, alowing with supplying , fixing be fitting precast RCC / SFRC slab having dimension of 2100mm (long) x 300mm (wide)x50mm (thick) made with M-30 grade concrete having 4mm dia GI wire 3 nos. convering the top of the compound wall poles with a Precast RCC/ SFRC cover of (300x300x150) mm in order to prevent the slab pannels from removing. All complete as a set to be measured in team of running meter including such precast RCC/ SFRC top cover, slab, pole, including painting two coats of approved cement paint over a coat of cement wash including curing cost and conveyance of all materials, royalities, takes all labour, labour cess, T & P required for the work etc complete including dewatering if required as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge excluding cost of GST.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S grills, grill gates with top and bottom rails, steel windows, steel doors, steel frames for doors and windows, staircase and parapet railing (as per IS specification and as per approved drawings) in proper position in all floors and at all height including making holes to brick walls/R.C.C structure/wood work etc and making good to the damaged walls/ structures with cement concrete (1:2:4) with black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm to 20mm size (20mm size not to exceeds 25%) including watering and curing etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge (WI /M.S windows grills, grill gates, collapsible gates with top and bottom rails, steel windows, steel doors, steel frames for doors and windows, staircase and parapet railings square bar along with of approved quality and approved size shall be supplied by the contractor at his own cost.)

Earth work excavation in Hard soil using one cum Bucket Hydraluc Excavator with all leads and lifts and transpotation of excavated matiral by mechcanical means. and direction of Engg -in- charge

Supplying and filling the Foundation & Plinth with clean coarse river sand of approved quality from approved quarry, laying in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, watering and ramming including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete of prop. (1:4:8) in foundation bed and floors using 40mm nominal size down graded, screened, washed hard black crusher broken granite metal of approved quality & from approved quarry including laying in the layers not exceeding 100 mm thick, hoisting, lowering, laying, watering and curing etc, complete to the required levels including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc, as required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

RCC work of M-20 for foundation having minimum compressive strength of 200kg/cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days and in accordance with I.S. 456 and IS. 516 using crusher broken hard black granite chips of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrator, watering and curing for 28 days, cost of rigid and smooth centering & shuttering and finishing to exposed surface smooth providing, grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete in all respects as per drawing, design and direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding cost of M. S. rod/Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills.RCC Column Footing

Straightening, cutting, bending and binding, welding and jointing (if necessary) coiled/bent up M.S. rods/Tor Steel/deformed rods etc. including hoisting, placing in position, tying the grills binding with 18 to 20 guage binding wire required for R.C.C. work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete (weight of binding wires will not be considered) as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Payment will be made on actual weight of M.S. rods or Tor steel linear measurements of rod for finished item of works. 5 % wastage and lap length are included in the finished rate).

Providing 6mm thick plaster in C.M. (1:4) over ceiling, chajja, loft, staircase, column, beams and walls after removing the false if necessary and close deep chipping including rounding of the corners, recess and roughening concrete surface where necessary, watering and curing, finished smooth over R.C.C. surface, including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting to external surface of building with two coats of water proofing Weather coat over a coat of cement wash of approved shade and quality of approved design, after cleaning by watering & removing the dirts etc. to the surface to be painted including watering, curing, cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, brushes, T&P etc, and necessary scaffolding work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and painting two coats with synthetic Enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of approved quality and approved floors at all height including sand papering and making the surface shade confirmming to ISI on steel work to give an even shade in all all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P, scaffolding etc. smooth with cost, coveyance, loading and unloading, and taxes of required for the work and complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
