Schedule 'A' Part-I (External Electrification Works)

M & L to find out fault in HT /LT line bring/call fault finding machine equipment and find out fault in any size HT/LT UG cable including disconnecting of cable connection from both side panels/poles and necessary excavation to reach upto cable and making space for cable joint and fault must be rectified within 72 hrs. Note:- (i) Cable required at site same size of faulty cable if required for jointing purpose will be paid in relevant items (II) Jointing material will be paid in relevant Item.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the ground level/starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L dry sand for sand cushioning to under ground cable 8 cms thick before laying the cable before and 15 cms thick after laying & streching the cable in trenches, including hand punning and consolidating complete all as specified and directed . Note : For payment purpose punned thickness shall be measured

Supply and laying un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover conforming to IS:5820 with minimum average breaking load capacity 300 kgs for unreinforced covers, class HV Type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Sub Class 'B' brick covering protection to the eletric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for foundation of poles / stays etc complete all as specified

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work finishing the cement concrete surfaces even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
