Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor including connecting the cable with suitable lugs/thimbles and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for following sizes :-

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for taking out/laying of HT/ LT under ground cable and getting out in the following type of earth stata complete all as specified and as directed:-
a) Soft / loose soil
b) Hard / dense soil
c) Soft / Disintegrated rock
d) Hard rock
Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.
Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and lay in trenches Un- reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 1 flat ISI marked, size 250 x150 x 40 mm for cable protection all as specified and directed.
Sand (Stone crushed sand) in cable trenches as cushioning to cables including spreading and punning down all as per clause No 3.21 of SSR Part - I (2009) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid
Cutting Bituminous road and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of materials i.e. aggregate, moorum screening, red bajri and labour required.
M & L GI tube, light grade 100 mm dia bore pipe with all fittings, complete, fixed to walls, pole ceiling or laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.
M & L GI tube, light grade 80 mm dia bore pipe with all fittings, complete, fixed to walls, pole ceiling or laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Diesel Engine: Multi Cylinders , Inline arrangement, Gross Engine power (HP) 52 and (KWm) 39, water cooled turbocharged with after cooled, rated output 1500 RPM and overspeed trip 1650 RPM, Engine Is with electric start, compression ignition, stroke cycle designed to run continuously at 1500 RPM conforming to IS 2002, ISO-3046, BS 5514 standards. Diesel engines should comply with CPCB IV +norms. Alternator: Alternator type 4P, rotating field, automatic voltage regulator and voltage regulation +/- 1%, suitable for continuous duty operations rated at 1500 RPM, 415V, 0.8PF, 50 Hz, current (3Ph) Amps-56 in SPDP enclosure, Self-Excited & Self-regulated, Brushless, ‘H’ class insulation, temperature rise (Deg C) 125, coupling type Fle Disc, unbalanced load capability 25% of rated amps, Floor mounted with anti-friction Sealed ball bearing on end. Alternator charging 12V DC/35A, the alternator conforms to IS: 13364 (Part-II) suitable for tropical condition including making cable connection.
Acoustic Enclosure: (a) Specially designed to meet stringent MoEF / CPCB norms of 75 dBA @ 1 Mtr at 75% Load under free field conditions. (b) The followings are some technical features of Acoustic Enclosure: (1) The Enclosure is modular in construction. (2) Base Frame is made of Sheet metal. (3) Durable industrial locking system is provided on Doors. (4) Door Gaskets are made in high quality EPDM material. (c) Corrosion Resistance: To make the Enclosure weather proof:- (1) All sheet metal parts/components are hot dipped in seven tanks process, Pretreated and Passivated (2) Sheet metal components are with Pretreated and Passivated Base Powder Coated. (3) Base Frame is Epoxy Coated/Powder Coated. (4) Zinc Passivated Hardwares are used to avoid rusting. acoustic insulation: (1) Sound proofing of the Enclosure is done with Quality Rockwool confirming to IS:8183 Standard. (2) Acoustic foam shall be fire retardant and fire resistant. (3) Attenuates are provided to control sound at entry and exit of container. (4) Specially designed Residential Silencer is provided.
(d) Ventilation And Air Circulation: Exhaust pipe inside Enclosure is thoroughly insulated by Cladding of Rock wool and Sheet. (e) ELECTRICAL: Neutral Body Earthing points at the sides of enclosure are isolated through Moulded compound. (f) SAFETIES: Emergency Push button to Stop the DG set from outside, Low Fuel oil level, Low Lube oil pressure, Low Coolant Level, High Engine Temperature. The canopies being offered are for output of Noise Level ≤ 75 dbA at a distance of 1-meter average, as per the CPCB IV+ Norms. Batteries: 2 Nos. 12V 90Ah batteries with leads for electric starting. Paint: DG set and panel package will be painted with powder coated type paint. AMF PANEL: Supply, install, testing and commissioning of AMF Panel for 40 KVA DG Set factory made, outdoor cubical type as per IE/CPRI rules with IP-54 protection, dust and vermin proof, compartmentalised, made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, fixed on MS angle iron frame of 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick of required type for supporting double door both sides open type with necessary locking arrangement with slope roof on top duly painted with two coats of powder coated sense grey paint with seven tank process complete and having separate doors inside for accommodating all incoming/outgoing cables and other relevant standards mounted on and including provision of necessary plinth in PCC 1:3:6, type C1 for foundation and PCC pillars with suitable size of nut, bolts & washers grouted as required at site and as per manufacturer's instructions including provision of the following items complete all as specified and directed. (a) Bus bar with electrolytic copper bus bar (for Mains and DG supply incoming and outgoing) suitable for 100 amps capacity for 3 phase and neutral(TPN) (all connection inside the panel shall be through aluminium strip) connected duly supported with FRP insulators including colour code heat shrink insulating sleeves (b) Three phase 4 Pole, Power contractor, 63 Amps for ON-OFF the DG and mains supply -02 Nos (c) MCCB 63 Amps, 25KA for ON-OFF the DG and mains supply -02 Nos (d) MCCB 63 Amps, 25KA - 02 Nos.

Alternator charging 12V DC/35A, the alternator conforms to IS: 13364 (Part-II) suitable for tropical condition including making cable connection.
Acoustic Enclosure: (a) Specially designed to meet stringent MoEF / CPCB norms of 75 dBA @ 1 Mtr at 75% Load under free field conditions. (b) The followings are some technical features of Acoustic Enclosure: (1) The Enclosure is modular in construction. (2) Base Frame is made of Sheet metal. (3) Durable industrial locking system is provided on Doors. (4) Door Gaskets are made in high quality EPDM material. (c) Corrosion Resistance: To make the Enclosure weather proof:- (1) All sheet metal parts/components are hot dipped in seven tanks process, Pretreated and Passivated (2) Sheet metal components are with Pretreated and Passivated Base Powder Coated. (3) Base Frame is Epoxy Coated/Powder Coated. (4) Zinc Passivated Hardwares are used to avoid rusting. acoustic insulation: (1) Sound proofing of the Enclosure is done with Quality Rockwool confirming to IS:8183 Standard. (2) Acoustic foam shall be fire retardant and fire resistant. (3) Attenuates are provided to control sound at entry and exit of container. (4) Specially designed Residential Silencer is provided. (d) Ventilation And Air Circulation: Exhaust pipe inside Enclosure is thoroughly insulated by Cladding of Rock wool and Sheet.
(e) ELECTRICAL: Neutral Body Earthing points at the sides of enclosure are isolated through Moulded compound. (f) SAFETIES: Emergency Push button to Stop the DG set from outside, Low Fuel oil level, Low Lube oil pressure, Low Coolant Level, High Engine Temperature. The canopies being offered are for output of Noise Level ≤ 75 dbA at a distance of 1-meter average, as per the CPCB IV+ Norms. Batteries: 2 Nos. 12V 180Ah batteries with leads for electric starting. Paint: DG set and panel package will be painted with powder coated type paint.
