Supply and fixing 4.8 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality, in squares exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane glazed with putty including hacking out old broken glass complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 4 mm thick figured glass, pin head type, in squares exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane glazed with oil putty including hacking out old broken glass complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete including removing dismantled material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for MS flat iron as in wind ties for roof including securing bolts;including all necessary drilling , bolting or rivetting , etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, fabricating and fixed rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces,etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening .grade Fe-410-W ( Gde-E-250) quality -B including dismantling of old rusted structural steel and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces using mordant solution of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and painting two coat with anticorrosive enamel paint in (camouflage pattern) over one coat of red oxide primer, including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described not exc.10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 0.63 mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap, fixed with fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts and washers, in roofs etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Height of roof is more than 10 m.)

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings, fixed with fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts and washers. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Height of roof is more than 10 m.)

Taking down eaves gutters and AC/PVC rain water pipes ( any size or pattern) , including all fittings , heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc., including cleaning for refixing or removal to store ( measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes as in rain water pipes, single socketed ISI marked IS-13592, type 'B' in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC (SWR) bends 110 mm bore. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC (SWR) junction single, 110 mm bore, ( Single T ) equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC (SWR) junction double, 110 mm bore, ( double T ), equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
