Repair to plaster in patches of 2.50 sqm (Two point five zero square metre) and under and 10 to 15mm (Ten to fifteen milimetres) thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in a leads and lifts with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement : five coarse sand) including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Distempering one or more additional coat required to give smooth finish with oil bound/Acrylic washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture (Asian/Narolac) and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease,dirt,loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth complete including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications as per direction by Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting with one or more additional coat as required (excluding priming coat) on previously painted Concrete/masonry/plastered surfaces with enamel paint (Asian /Nerolac/ICI Dulux) to given an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping with enamel paint of approved colour including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications as per direction by Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apex Ultima Asian Paints/ Nerolac Exel/ Dulux wheather shield) on undecorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surfaces to remove all dirt dust and other foreign matter etcetera including sand papered smooth complete including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clearestory windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position second class deodar wood including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications as per direction by Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 40mm (Forty millimetre) thick second class deodar wood panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws complete in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 40mm (Forty millimeters) thick wire gauge shutters with 2nd class deodar wood using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation No. 85G (Eight five gauge) with beading in panels in door window and clerestory window with wire of dia 0.56mm (Zero point five six millimeter) for doors windows clerestory windows including bright finished black enameled iron butt hinges with necessary screws and beading in pannels both side complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. Applying Birla white wall care putty with two or more coats to achieve average thickness of 1mm ( one milimetre ) over plastered surfaces after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping, dust, loose materials and other foreign matter course sand papered smooth to give fine finish to the surface complete upto all floor level/heights complete including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications as per the direction by Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Distempering two coats with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture ( ASAIN/NEROLAC/ICI-DULUX ) after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and coarse sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.

Polishing two coats with French polish of required shade on new wood and wood based surfaces to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and coarse sand papered smooth and incluidng a coat of wood filler upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications as per direction by Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing MS BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2.00mm (One point sixty six to two millimetres) thick of TATA/Dura Shine make in eaves board/ facia/ soffits/ ceiling including cutting fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete upto all heights as per instruction of Engineer in Charge ( base members of steel work shall be measured and paid separtely ) including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications as per direction by Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
