Widening and strengthening work of Aahran Puliya to Shivalaya Mandir Tak

Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lift and leads upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 305.4.3

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m. As per MORT&H Specification No. 301 (3.6).

Construction of granular sub-base by providing granular material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. As per MoRT&H clause 401(b).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. as per MoRT&H Specification 406.

Providing & applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spreading primer at the rate of 0.70 Kg./Sqm. Using machanical means. Before Applying prime coat, the surface will be cleaned with Mechanical broom and water will also be sprinkled with water tanker to keep the surface Moist. The Prime coat will be applied 24 hrsbefore the application of bituminous course including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading-II premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.50% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen Pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with approve grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (Open Area)

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site. spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (CC Area)

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.SI No- 12.1 (Including Supply of Material, Labour and T&P work complete as per direction of E-in-C. Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors. (Including Supply of Material, Labour and T&P work complete as per direction of E-in-C. Including all taxes but excluding GST.) SOR NO. 12.04 (2100)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) as per DSR 6.1.1 (Including Supply of Material, Labour and T&P work complete as per direction of E-in-C. Including all taxes but excluding GST.)

Providing & Laying NP-3 600mm dia Hume pipe RCC concrete pipe for culvert on first class in single row including fixing socket with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 2900 (Including Supply of Material, Labour and T&P work complete as per direction of E-in-C. Including all taxes but excluding GST.) SOR No. 9.04 (2900)

Providing & Laying NP-3 350mm dia Hume pipe RCC concrete pipe for culvert on first class in single row including fixing socket with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 2900 (Including Supply of Material, Labour and T&P work complete as per direction of E-in-C. Pointing on brick work with cement mortar 1:3 (1Cement : 3 Coarse Sand) (Including Supply of Material, Labour and T&P work complete as per direction of E-in-C. Including all taxes but excluding GST.) SOR No. 13.02 (1300 & 2200)

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. In Foundation and floors. (Including Supply of Material, Labour and T&P work complete as per direction of E-in-C. Including all taxes but excluding GST.) SOR NO. 12.08 (1500 & 1700 & 2100)

12mm Cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth. (Including Supply of Material, Labour and T&P work complete as per direction of E-in-C. Including all taxes but excluding GST.) SOR No. 13.03 (1300 & 2200)

Part-B Maintainance Charge including @ All Items as per Direction of E/I for the period of Five Years from the actual completion of work. including royalty on materials. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.
