Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor shall not damage adjacent bituminous surface during the process of demolition of existing concrete surfaces. Damages, made if any shall made good by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing demolished material to a distance exc 500 mtr and n.exc 1500 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls of any descrition etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick Sand cushioning under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick factory made rubberized coloured (epoxy coated) interlocking paver block (using vibro compaction method) (topping thickness not less than 5 mm) in white cement and non fadable glossy pigment of approved shade of shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item 7 but 80 mm thick.

M&L for precast PCC solid block (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg as in kerb stones having 150 mm width (thickness) of machine made setting in CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks (Old Size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Brick work with old servicable bricks received from dismantling straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as speecified and directed

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT steel bars 5mm dia and over and upto 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers, cut to length, bent to shape required, compete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 compete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type B1 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping, benching to manholes, water troughs and bed block etc including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded brocken stone aggregate) as in cover slab , set in cement mortar (1:4) with plain faces including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of old surface and applying one coat of synthetic emulsion paint on concrete surface of kerb stone, etc as directed & Specified.

M&L Preparation of new concrete surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over priming coat on concrete surface of kerb stone, etc as directed & Specified.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surface of external wall surface applying two coat of cement base paint including curing complete over a coat of alkali-resistant priming paint complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Preparation of old plastered surface of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint including curing complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of existing undulated interlocking tile (paver) including sand cushioning of any description, providing PCC sub base 1:4:8 using 20mm graded stone aggregate to make up and maintained with adjacent sub base top level, laying same interlocking tiles and including sand cushioning as per site condition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mirror polished Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone complete in steps, jambs, pillars, window and cills, cooking plateform over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4), pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including dismantling of existing tile of any description, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of old steel surface of any description appying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, exc 10 cms in width or girth, including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new or previously untreated Steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Frame work such as door or gates, covers of angle or other section with gueset plate, rails, braces, MS sheet, round wire, etc, including hooks, hold fast, locking arrangement, hanging arrangement, fastening and fixing complete to similar work conferming to fe-290 Gde E-165 including dismantling existing structure etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of fencing, wire mesh of any type and in any position by unscrewing nuts fillets, clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or strut (steel or RCC fencing posts) any section and taking out embedded portion (post embedded in concrete) including making good to disturbed ground surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repair for galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2.00 mm dia, barbs at 75mm spacings and straining, tightening and fixing to MS nibs embedded in pre-cast RCC fencing post or angle iron post, struts, etc. securing and tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Each line wire shall be measured separately.

Supply only 3.15 mm dia, galvanized steel wire chain link fencing 50mm x 50 mm mesh, including binding wire / line wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only 3.15 mm dia, galvanized steel wire chain link fencing 50 mm x 50 mm mesh, fixed to RCC fencing post with bolts etc including fixing of binding wire / line wire etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Supply of Galvanized steel wire chain link fecncing, Mild steel round bars, Mild steel flat, Nuts, Bolts & Washers will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix mild steel bolts (machine made) with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other end, each screw end to be fitted with two washers and one nut hexagonal, dia of shank 12mm, length of bolt 50mm to 100mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 10 mm dia mild steel round bars as in stiffener to chain link fencing including necessary cutting bedding etc. conforming to Grade-I, IS 432-2000 (Part-I) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel as in angle , channel or tee section etc, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 embedded to concrete including tarring to steel work embedded to concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in surface channels & drain bed of drain all as spd and directed.

M&L for RCC nominal mix type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, plinth beam, etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for RCC nominal mix type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as pillar/columns, piers, posts etc complete all as specifed and directed.

Use and waste of Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings wall, as in flat and rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions in rectangular , fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct: Total amount of SCHEDUL 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs 32,610.00 ( to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
