TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICER WORKS AT 5 AFH UNDER GE (AF) JORHAT

To perform such services and execute such works as per the terms and condition contained or referred to in the tender documents and as per the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the MES Standard Schedule of Rates (Part-I, Specifications) 2009 together with amendment No 1 to 3 and MES Standard Schedule of Rates (Part-II, Rates) 2020 and other rates as may be fixed under Condition 62 of IAFW-2249, General Conditions of Contracts together with errata 1 to 20 amendments No 1 to 49 forming part of tender documents during the period of one year from the date of acceptance of tender. NOTES:- (a) Amount inserted by MES under Col 5 (Estimated amount) shall be the CA amount and no cognizance shall be taken of the amount worked out under Col 6. However the quoted rate (percentage) shall be considered for acceptance in terms of contract conditions. The Work Order for financial effect shall be limited upto estimated cost including percentage. (b) Contractor to quote percentage only upto two decimal places in the space provided here-in-above. Excess(+) / Less (-) on SSR Part-II (Rates), 2020. (c) Works shall be ordered as and when necessary arises. Work shall be measured against items listed in SSR, priced at rates given in SSR, and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor.
