SUB-HEAD : I (ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION)

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. a) (Group - 'C')

Wiring for circuit/ sub-main wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required. a) 2 X 1.5 Sq.mm. + 1 X 1.5 Sq.mm. earth wire.

b) 4 x 1.5 sq.mm. + 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. earth wire

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit along with 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Wiring for light/ power plug with 4X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit along with 2 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit/cable management system as required. A) 3 X 1.5 Sq.mm.

B) 6 X 1.5 Sq.mm.

Supplying & fixing following sizes of steel conduit along with accessories in surface/recess i/c painting in case if surface conduit of cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. (For AFD and CCTV & Access control systems) a) 20 mm dia.

b) 25 mm dia.

Supply & laying of approx. 20 mm dia. flexible metal conduit from ceiling rose to electrical fitting on surface/recess complete as required.

Supplying & fixing of suitable gland for 20 mm dia flexible metal conduit complete as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps modular socket outlet and 5/6 amps modular switch, connection etc., as required. Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps modular socket outlet and 15/16 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required. (Makes: Legrand/Crabtree/MK/ABB/Schneider) (For 5/15A raw power sockets in various rooms)

Supplying and fixing modular blanking plate on the existing modular plate & switch box excluding modular plate as required.

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5A ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connections etc. as required.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired 2' x 2', surface mounting LED (with not less than 34W power) luminaire suitable for 230Volts A.C. supply complete with all accessories like akcrylic/opal diffuser etc. directly on ceiling including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required. (Make: Bajaj/Havells/Philips/Wipro or superior make)

Modification, testing, repairing of existing conventional twin/single 4 Ft. 40 Watt Flourescent fittings suitable for existing 4 Ft. 20Watt double ended connection LED tube light including removal of existing ballast, defective tube lock holders, rewiring with 1.5 Sq. mm PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable complete as required.

Supplying, installation, Testing and Commissioning of 4 Feet 20 Watt, T-8, 65K, 2200 lumen LED tube light with aluminium base, double ended connections including driver in the existing twin/single modified tube fiting complete as required. (LED Tube Make: Bajaj/Havells/Philips/Wipro/Century or superior make).

Supplying, Installation of 450mm sweep heavy duty exhaust fan with metal blade suitable for 230Volts A.C. supply in the existing opening, including making good the damage, fixing the louvers/ shutters complete connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required. (Make: M/s Havells make, Model-Turbo Force SP or superior make)

Supplying and fixing of wall mounted fan 400mm sweep suitable for operation on 230volts 50Hz AC supply etc., as required. (Make: Havells- D'Zire or similar superior make)

Supplying and fixing of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep suitable for operation on 230volts 50Hz AC supply etc., as required. (Make: Usha Striker Galaxy or similar superior make)

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders, etc., as required. a) 300mm width X 50mm depth X 1.6mm thickness

b) 150mm width X 50mm depth X 1.6mm thickness

Providing and fixing M.V. danger notice plate of 200 mm X 150 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in signal red colour on front side as required.

SUB HEAD - II (MCB's & DB's)

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. Supply and fixing of heavy duty 4-pole cable stud in the existing M.S. termination box with nut-bolts i/c provision of suitable size of cable and lugs for termination of incoming supply of 2 Nos. existing MCB-DB. drilling holes, etc as required.

Supply and fixing of M. S. Cable adopter box made with 16 SWG MS Sheet having Appro. size of 2 Ft. long, 1 Ft. wide, 6 inch deep with front opening hinged door, cables/wires entry holes including drilling, painting, etc to be fitted above and below existing MCB DBs complete as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (Makes: Legrand/Siemens/ABB/Hager/Havells or superior make) a) 40A (For 2 Nos. Light DB)

b) 63A (For 2 Nos. Power DB and one No. DB of Split A.C. Units).

c) 100 A (For incomer of 2 Nos. 15 KVA UPS).

Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 25/32 A, 240 V “C” curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. ( For existing Sp. A.C. Units) (Makes: Legrand/Siemens/ABB/Hager/Havells or superior make)

Safe dismantling of existing unused electrical wiring along with unused electro-mechanical accessories from building including shifting to IAF store as directed by the authority, making good the damages, etc. complete as required.

SUB-HEAD : III (Main MV Panel) Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of factory fabricated cubical type floor mounted totally enclosed, extensible compartmentalized type dust and vermin proof powder coated indoor MV panel made out of CRCA sheet not less than 2.0mm thick (14G). The panel shall have a base channel of MS ‘C’ section of size 100 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thickness, painted with anticorrosive paint followed by black enameled paint, air lovers with wire meshing having space and arrangement for incoming cable, insulated and properly supported compartmentalized busbars and busbar support, cable alley with following ratings of Incoming & Out going switch gears, meter, indicating lamps etc. suitable for 415Volts, AC supply system having detachable top & bottom MS plates for incoming & outgoing cable entry, i/c interconnections with suitable sizes of Copper conductor cables/strips, powder coated painting, sign writing and earthing the body with existing conductor complete as required.

(Make: Legrand/L&T/Siemens/Schneider) (For 10 KVA UPS - 3 Nos.; 8 KW SMPS - 2 Nos.; Pr. Pkg. A.C. - 3 Nos.; Split A.C. D) 400Amps, 4-strip Aluminium bus bars of suitable size and length with suitable no. of epoxy resin bonded insulating supports for bus bars, PVC colour coated sleeve etc. as required. E) Copper earth bus of 32x6mm size throughout the length of panel with earth studs at both ends. F) Cable chambers for all incoming and out going circuit cables, including proper supports clip on terminals, clamping arrangements etc., complete as above ------- Note : - 1. SUB-HEAD : V (Electrical Earthing & Jack Earthing)

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required. (For continuous earth ring inside equipment room, IDF room and Power room and for other connectivity)

Providing and fixing earth bus 0.50 mtr. Long 50 mm X 5 mm copper earth bus bar complete with 2nos. porcelain support, required nut, bolts, fixing the same on surface of wall etc for earth connections complete as required.

SUB-HEAD : VI (External Lighting)

Supplying & fixing of 25 Watt LED New generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with mid power LED as lighting source and PC cover having TOP Opening driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07, etc., as required. (M/s Philips/Havells/Crompton/Bajaj or superior make)

Supply & fixing of compound light mast arm made out of 1.5 Mtrs. long, 40mm dia. G.I. pipe bending at 1(one)meter distance with an angle of 100 - 110° (degree) from bottom vertical orientation including supplying & fixing of suitable size of M.S. clamps, nut-bolts, painting, drilling, etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of out door type wall mounting/pole mounting junction box side hinged door fixed to the base with hinges for path way illumination, shock proof and rust proof, cable entry from bottom / side, 100% weather proof, wall mounting/pole mounting arrangement, tamper proof, fire retardant class FV-0 as per IS :11731 part II including 10A, 230V Base cut out & 2 point stud etc., as required. Supply & drawing of 3 core 1.5sq.mm PVC insulated PVC sheathed unarmoured flexible copper conductor cable of 1.1KV grade for extending supply from above junction box to fitting etc. complete as required.
