Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specied

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on any faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat aof primer on newly plastered wall surfaces including preparation of these surfaces and matching the color/tint with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick walls built in CM (1:4), etc; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class `B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6.0m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed..

Taking down or up 15 mm bore galvanised iron tubing/PL-AL-PE pipes and connection for refixing or removal all as specified

Taking down or up 20 mm bore galvanised iron tubing /PE-AL-PE pipes and connection for refixing or removal all as specified

Refixing including cleaning of 15 mm old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing to walls/ chases/ ceiling or laying in floors polythene –aluminium- polythene (PE-AL-PE)composite pressure pipe 2025 (Out side dia-25mm) including all crimp type internal sealing , plastic-metal composite fittings (such as elbows, reducers, tees, couplers, short pieces connectors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to concealed PVC (PE-AL-PE) pipes on walls including replacement of fittings (such as elbows, tees, reducers, couplers,short pieces, connectors, etc.), making joints leak proof and making good in CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 (replair/replacement of tiles shall be measaured & paid separately), complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs plastic-metal composite fittings (such as elbows, Tees, reducers, couplers, connectors/unions, etc) suitable for PE-AL-PE composite pressure pipes of 1620 (outside dia 20mm) etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs plastic-metal composite fittings (such as elbows, Tees, reducers, couplers, connectors/unions, etc) suitable for PE-AL-PE composite pressure pipes of 2025 (outside dia 25mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old Polyethylene-Aluminium-Polyethylene (PE-AL-PE) comosite pressure pipes 2025 (25mm outer dia) and connections in new or old position as on walls ceiling floors etc complete all as specified and directed. (i) Cleaning of pipe is included in this item (ii) Rates quoted by the contractor deemed to be included S & F new fittings as required.

Refixing Polyethylene-Aluminium-Polyethylene (PE-AL-PE) comosite pressure pipes 1620 (20mm outer dia) including all crimp type internal sealing Plastic-Metal Composite fittings(such as elbows, Tees, reducers, couplers, short pieces, connectors, etc) and hooks/clamps complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repairs 110 mm bore of pipe PVC (SWR) pipes single socket in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to walls with MS clamps etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing in repairs 110 mm bore of pipe PVC (SWR) pipes single socket in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to walls with MS clamps etc (except pipes) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 20mm bore ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe (weight 210 gms Minimum) complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting exc 500 and not existing tanks 1000 ltrs capacity, setting aside (or lowering if reqd) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if reqd reconnecting and re-fixing in same position complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting exc 250 and not existing tanks 500 ltrs capacity, setting aside (or lowering if reqd) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if reqd reconnecting and re-fixing in same position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polythlene water storage tanks 1000 ltr capacity, triple layer white colour (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including dismentling of old PVC water tank all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for raking out joints / grouting incl Pointing in cement mortar to brick tiles 30 cm by 15 cm laid flat , in floors , roofs ceilings chajjas etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L flush pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to bricks laid flat or brick tiles in pavings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof and disposal off retrieved material upto a distance of 100m where complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roof any thickness including plastering and leeping and disposal of rubbish upto a distance n.exc 100m where complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for wire brushing and cleaning top sufaces roof slabs etc including washing the roof surface with water and making the surfaces free from mud etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick (avg thickenss) on roof surface including flashing and junctions of parapets etc finished even and fair in CM 1:3 mixing with WPC as per recommended ratio after brushing cement slurry @ 1.2 Kg/Sqmcomplete all as specified and directed. (WPC to be measured and paid separately)

Priming surfaces and applying APP based polymeric membrane mimimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application as treatment(for moderate conditions) including after applying bituminous primer @ 0.5 Lt/Sqm over RCC/plastered roof surface and flashing etc complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for two coats of alumimium paint over APP sheet complete all as specified and directed..

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L benching with PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using WPC along side wall adjoining to roof in concavbe shape complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Factory made plan cement concrete tile of size 250mmx250mm size and 20-25mm thick with grey cement and no pigment bedded over15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 screed bed, joints grouted flush in CM 1:3 mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L apply for a layer of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 penetration grade @ 1.75 kg/Sqm incld cleaning the surface of roof or sunken etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Net contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of Sch of credit.
