Pre-Engineering Works for construction of proposed 132/33KV Basti Town Sub Station and associated 132KV Transmission Line Under Electricity Transmission Division-I, Basti.

Primary survey and profiling work including preparation of schedule of materials, marking of locations (route length), GPS survey of tower co-ordinates (decimal format) and authentication of line length by GPS survey for: (a) LILO of 132KV Basti-Dulhipar Line (Approx. 12 KM). (b) LILO of 132 KV Basti–Kalwari line (Approx. 1KM) for proposed 132/33 KV Basti Town Substation (tower adjacent to substation land). Including comparison of three alignment options and recommendation of most techno-economical option, submission of report in 03 sets of hard & soft copies.Hard copies of colour printed tower schedule, profile and route shall be provided by contractor with soft copy.

Preparation of Electrical Layout Drawings for the proposed 132/33 kV Basti Town Substation, as per latest CEA/UPPTCL norms and approved practices, including submission of drawings in three (03) sets of hard copies along with soft copy. The scope includes layout design for the following bays: 132 KV Side (Total: 10 Bays) 03 Nos. Transformer Bays 04 Nos. Line Bays 01 No. Bus Coupler Bay 01 No. Bus Transfer (BT) Bay 01 No. Spare Bay (With Double Main & Transfer Bus Scheme) 33 kV Side (Total: 13 Bays) 03 Nos. Transformer Bays 06 Nos. Line Bays 01 No. Transfer Bus Bay. 01 No. Station Transformer Bays (250 KVA, 33/0.4 KV) 02 Nos. Capacitor Bank Bays (2 × 5 MVAr each) (With Single Main (With Bus Section) & Transfer Bus Scheme)

Earth Resistivity Test for proposed 132/33 KV Basti Town Substation, through empanelled / NABL-accredited laboratory, as per existing Civil/Electrical norms. Report shall be furnished in 03 sets of hard copies alongwith soft copy.
