Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided including cutting reinforcement to facilitate demolition, complete.

M & L taking down old cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with waters on any surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete completes all as specified & directed.

M & L precast cement concrete block masonry (1:3:6) type C1 (20mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid block exc10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping etc , rounded or chamfered on edges all as directed

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work/block masonry or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel over 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.

Material and labour for precast RCC (1:2:4) Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab for manholes, septic tank and similar work including formwork set in CM (1:6) all as specified incl necessary form work and placed in position all as directed

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips

All as per Item No. 7 above but 6 to 8mm dia bars

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 100mm thick as in sub base of foot paths, pavements etc finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for chequerred cement concrete tiles of size 300 x 300mm x 25mm thick as in floor/ Path, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match, over and including 20mm thick bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, over and including 50mm consolidated thick sand cushioning including watering and consolidation for base/ bed all as specified a complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for plain cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 using 40mm graded aggregate finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement 100mm thick as in hard standing appron etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for forming Construction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound, Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete completes all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for loose filling with aggregates (broken stones or boulders) of guage 40 to 80mm in back side of weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for M-30 (Design Mix) reinforced cement concrete (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footing, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc, basement piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete.

Supply only mild steel angles, bars, flats etc as in supports for stiffening of fencing, wall ties, hold fasts, clamps and similar small articles confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 All as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel bolt with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed is to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exceeding 10cm long n.exc 15 cm long dia mtr of neck exc 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only PVC coated ( 1mm thick) chain link fencing exc 2 kg but n.exc 3.5 kg per sqm with size of mesh 50x50mm and thickness of wire n.exc 2.83mm , incl 6mm dia wire, PVC coated for support/line wire to chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only of PVC coated chain link fencing including fixing of line wires any mesh, size and any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wires complete all as specified and as directed (Supply of MS line wire and flat iron, bolt & nuts measured & paid separately)

Material and labour for preparation new steel surfaces of any description n.exc 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces & applying a two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described.

S & F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm specing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete. (Each line wire to be measured).

Removing of wild growth of plants/Vegetation like lotus, hyacinth etc from RWH pond at Ranjit Vihar, mechanically/manyally by deploying sufficient number of labours and T&P including uprooting of plants/vegetation and roots from any depth below water level complete and disposal of wastage out of pond with the help of mechanical equipments to a distance not exceeding 500m from site as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: (a) The entire cleaning of pond for atleast 45 days is considered as one job. (b) Approx area of pond is 28000 Sqm and depth is 0.8 to 3.00m below water level. The roots are spread roots. (c) Contractor shall visit the site to ascertain the nature of work, accessibility, difficulty in execution of work and according to T&P to be provided as directed by Engg-in-Charge (d) Contractor shall deploy sufficient number of labours to clean the pond as and when wild growth is observed and shall not be allowed to sprea in patches total area not exceeding 100Sqm at any time in pond, all as directed by Engg-in-Charge.
