01. Construction of 30000 Ltr OHT at Puthur Panchayat.

Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in all places shown by the departmental officers with inital leads and lifts, etc. Including leveling the sites complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. In sand or other loose soil, wet sand not under water, silt, light black cotton soil, sandy loams and ordinary soil. TNBP SS NO 20B 23 & 24 First depth of 2m From 0 to 2 m below GL

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix (one cement five sand and ten hard broken stone) using 40mm ISSHBG metal for foundation, flooring and rendering the top rough to take floor finish including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm thick compacting etc. Completeas per specification and as direceted TNBP SS NO. 28

Reinforced Cement Concrete Mix M30 grade using 10mm & 20mm Hard blue granite Broken stone (machine crushed) excluding the cost of RTS rods for reinforcement and centering, strutting, shuttering but including cost of all materials mixing, laying, Vibrating the concrete with mechanical vibrators, ramming, consolidating, finishing and curing etc., Complete and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers. Supplying, cutting, bending, tying, fabricating and placing in position of steel rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire etc.( The steel should conform to the relevant ISspecification and supplied with test certificate Fe. 415 grade as per IS specification No.1786/1985 and as amended from time to time) delivery at site of work including loading, freight, unloading, stacking, transit insurance charges, taxes etc. complete.and as directed by the TWAD Board officers.

Painting two coats with approved cement paint over one priming coat of white cement over cement plastered wall surface and ceiling including cleaning preparing the surface and curing etc., complete (using cement paint of colour as approved by the Departmental officer) and as directed by the TWAD Board officers.

Providing Fusion Bonded Epoxy coting not lees then 175microns thickness and upto 300microns to reinforcement of all diameters as per IS 13620/1993 including testing of coating at plant.the cost is inclusive of cost on account of carefulhandling, PVC coated binding wires, tochup material supplied by coating agency, repair work, loading, unloaing and strengthening of bent rods etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer in chrge.

Fabrication, supply, delivery and fixing of outside MS Ladder of 45cm clear wide made out of 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle for both sides and for steps at 30cm C/C welded jointed etc ., for I staging from GL to 1st level brace (weight 4.5kg/m) IInd and IIIrd staging upto floor slab and IVth staging from floor slab to roof top. Supply, delivery and fixing of 32 mm GI pipes medium for hand rails from I stage to IVth stage. RCC M30 Grade mix for Landing slab 5 nos. at Ground Level- 1No. and above Ground Level - 4Nos. Supply and fixing of 32mm GI pipe medium for hand rails for the Landing slab. Supplying and fixing of MS Base plate of 100mm X 100mm X 6mm thick for fixing Anchore fastener bolt for fixing of hand rails at Landing slab and MS Ladder providing locking arrangements with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of red oxide paint as per approved Type Design and as directed by TWAD board officers.

Providing and fixing of RCC inner access ladder in RCC 1:11/2 :3 (one cement,one and half sand and three aggregate) using 20mm HBG stone for OHT including cost of reinforcement, placing grill in position, centring,shuttering charges, mixing concrete,curing etc. to required height and clear width of 45 cm consisting of 2 nos. of vertical post of 10 cm x 15 cm and step slab of 25mm x 25mm etc.complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Providing 110mm PVC vent cowl arrangements mosquito proof nylon net and as directed by TWAD Board officers

Supply and fixing of cut stone of size 0.60m x 0.60m x 0.10m in CM 1;3(one cement and three sand) below inlet pipe for Service Reservoir as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Providing manhole cover of size 0.60 x 0.60M in RCC 1:1.5:3 with suitable reinforcement and 50x50x6mm MS angle fixed along edges and as directed by TWAD Board officers

Pipe connection arrangements for inlet,outlet,scour and overflow etc. including cost of pipes,specials,valve,labour charges for lifting, aligning, cutting, threading ,fixing and painting of GI pipes with two coats of approved quality enamal paint etc. complete as detailed below.65mm GI pipes for inlet connection

Refilling the foundation with excavated earth including consolidation as directed by the TWAD Board officers

abour charges for GI pipe connection to the OHT, for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour arrangements including cutting and threading, earth work excavation & refilling.

Sub Estimate Pipe line Supply and delivery of PVC rigid pipes for potable water supply with ISI 4985 / 2000 marking with necessary couplers (or) bell ended pipes as specified in ISI, the required quantity of solvent cement and having the following working pressure. The cost of pipes should include loading, freight, transit insurance, incidental charges, packing, taxes and transportation charges upto stack yard in good condition etc., complete (the cost excluding unloading from lorries at stack yard and stacking which will be paid separately) and as directed by the Depatmental Officers.

Lowering PVC rigid pipes and specials to trench and laying to proper grade and alignment, jointing with PVC couplers with cement paste as per standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Refilling with excavated earth (other than sand) in respect of following sizes of pipes watered well rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification for filling the trenches after the pipes and specials are laid, jointed and tested and as directed by the Depatmental Officers
