Repair and renovation of vacant staff quarters at new Campus

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm including cutting the patch & preparing & plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish outside the University Campus. With cement mortar 1:4 coarse sand. (Internal & External Plaster). Nothing extra shall be paid for scaffolding. All work upto floor V level.

Regarding terracing of mud phuska covered with tiles or bricks in cement by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface of mud phuska to proper slope relaying plaster gobri leaping & tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1:3 including replacing unserviceable tiles with new ones & disposal of unserviceable material outside the University Campus (Cost of new brick tiles excluded).

Dismantling old plaster / tiles already fixed on walls at site over which new tiles have to be fixed and also disposal of dismantled material obtained from the work outside the University Campus.

Providing and laying double charged vitrified floor tiles (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make (Kajaria/Johnson/RAK ) in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 Cement: 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with cement and matching pigments. Size of tile 60 × 60cm including roughening the concrete flooring by way of tucking etc. complete.

P/F 1st quality 250 x 330 mm/ 250 x 375 mm Ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS of min. thickness 5mm of approved make (Kajaria/Orient/Somany/Nitco) and colour/shades as required on walls/ Dados etc . as required over 12mm thick bed of C:M 1:3 & jointing with Grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg /sqm including finishing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete including Nothing extra on account of any wastage lead and lift etc. shall be paid and payment will be made for finished job.

P/F Ist quality 300x300/400 x 400 mm size Rectified Ceramic Floor tiles of approved make (Kajaria/Orient/Somany/Nitco) & colour as required including the cost of tiles, fixing the tiles over 20mm thick base mortar (1:4) or with adhesive as required (including racking of floor), finishing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile complete. Nothing extra on account of wastage shall be paid.

Providing and Laying Raj Nagar plain White Marble stone Flooring/shelves with 16 mm thick (av. Thickness) over a base of cement mortar 1:4 laid & jointed with cement slurry joints finished with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade including edge moulding, rubbing, polishing to give high gloss finish complete. Nothing extra shall be paid on account of wastege. All works upto Floor V level.

Renewing bars, style of Glazed/wire Gauge/paneled shutters of following sizes including refixing the same, 40mm thick (Using Second class Deodar wood). ----------do------------ 3” x 11/2”

Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary: Float Glass panes of Thickness 4mm (weighing 10 Kg/Sqm)

Replacing old damaged wooden frames with Sal wood including applying a coat of wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (Two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac)

Removing Dry / Oil bound Distemper by scrapping , sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repair to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacture over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with O.B. Distemper washable distemper of approved brand & manufacture to give an even shade new work (two or more coats) over & including priming coat with cement primer

Painting with Synthetic Enamel paint of approved brand and Manufacture to give an even shade one or more coats on old work (Wood / Steel /Plastered surface)

Making khurras 45x45cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1mx 1mx400 micron, finished with 12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement rounding the edges and making the finishing outlet complete.
