(PC Part) Excavation for Roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 and including all type of taxes, octroi, tolls, cess but excluding cost of GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto granular sub-1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table-300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 and including all type of taxes, octroi, tolls, cess but excluding cost of GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density as per Technical Specification and including all type of taxes, octroi, tolls, cess but excluding cost of GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

(Cement Treated Base) Providing, laying and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on a preparedSub base, Cement @ 4% by weight to the spread Material manually,mixing in place with Rotavator and compacting with Road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and form a layer of base as per Technical Specification and including all type of taxes, octroi, tolls, cess but excluding cost of GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 grade pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification and including all type of taxes, octroi, tolls, cess but excluding cost of GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 Grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base by manual as per Technical Specification and including all type of taxes, octroi, tolls, cess but excluding cost of GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification and including all type of taxes, octroi, tolls, cess but excluding cost of GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of subgrade and earthen Shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lift and leads, transporting site , spreading , grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table-303.1 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5(With carted Earth in Patri Work) and including cost of all material, labour, T&P, royalty, labour cess, all taxes complete, but excluding cost of GST.(With Ordinary Earth in Patri)

Supplying & Fixing Hume Pipe 350mm dia laying NP-3 with all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per Technical Specification and including all type of taxes, octroi, tolls, cess but excluding cost of GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick Edging on both side of the road of first class bricks 7 cm wide 11 cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to the required templete and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and including all type of taxes, octroi, tolls, cess but excluding cost of GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Sign Board, Inauguration stone complete work etc.and including all type of taxes, octroi, tolls, cess but excluding cost of GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, as per Technical Specification Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, royalty, labour cess, all taxes complete, but excluding cost of GST.

Reinforcement cement concrete Grade M-20 in open foundation complete work as per clause 802, 803,1202 & 1203, Sr. no 12.5 Ref. No 800 and including all type of taxes, octroi, tolls, cess but excluding cost of GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(For RCC Drain).

Supplying, fitting and placing with MS bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructure complete as per drawings and Technical Specification including bending for proper and necessary completion of the work and including supply of steel and wastages, bends, hook and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including all type of taxes, octroi, tolls, cess but excluding cost of GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (For RCC Drain).

Maintenance work for (Part-A PC Surface Road) Maintenance Charge including @ Earth Work, repair of painted surface, earthwork on patri, culvert, road furniture etc. as direction of E.I. for the period of five year from the actual completion of work. Maintenance cost for 2nd year @ 0.75% of total bituminous work amount
