RATE CONTRACT FOR SUPPLY OF THE NUTRITIONAL KITS TO THE TB PATIENTS UNDER TB MUKT BHARAT ABHIYAN

Nutritional Kit comprising of following items: (i) Nuts (Peanut) = 500 gm (ii) Dalia =500 gm (iii) Moong Dal =500 gm (iv) Soya Nuggets (small size)= 500 gm (v) Rice (Unpolished) =3 Kg (vi) Bhuna Chana = 1 Kg Note:. The prospective bidders/firms should quote rates taking into account technical specifications, all expenses including taxes, packaging, printing of messages /logos, delivery on FOR basis and other incidental charges except GST. So, the bidders are expected to quote their bids accordingly. The prospective bidders/firms should quote rate for one kit only as per conditions of tender & BOQ.
