Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick or concrete surface including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc. M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1 : 4 in layer (10mm + 5mm) mixed with in the ratio 1:4.7 (one part butadiene latex 302, 4 part water and 7 part cement ) @ 1.50 kg of homogenous mixture per sqm in two coats and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
