Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within the campus as directed by engineer incharge

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete 1 mm thick.(make Birla/JK/Asian.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer(Make Asian/Nerolac/Berger)

Distempering with 1st quality Acrylic/oil bound washable distemper (ready-made) having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturers’ specifications, one or more coats on old work(Make Asian/Nerolac/Berger)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work(Make Asian/Nerolac/Berger)

Providing and fixing PVC Paneling of minimum thickness 5 mm of heavy duty including fixing with nails, screws etc. Complete as approved bythe Engineer-in-charge. Nothing extra shall be paid on account of wastages.

Providing and fixing 19 mm thick plyboard for manufacturing of computer tables and similar work by means of fevicol,nails,screws etc (termite resistant/waterproofing) of Green/Century /Archid/Duro/Austin/Kit Ply Make including wastage and priming coat on exposed surfaces and then two or more coats of synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture etc. Complete.

Providing and fixing of 1 mm thick sunmica of approved quality/make (Formica/Green/Bloom/Durian) including cost of fevicols, nails, nuts, material and labour etc. Complete job.

Cutting holes in plywood top-75 mm dia for passing of cables etc.

Supplying and fixing of Stainless Steel drawl rails for key boards using necessary screws etc. For computer tables.

Supplying and fixing of deodar wood/Teakwood moulding margins 19-25 mm nominal size (Round) including polishing the surface (Malamine Polish)
