Supply & Installation of Casagrande piezometer complete with porous tube made of carborundum or alundumof 37 mm outside diameter,25mm internal diameter & 60cm length,rigid PVC tubing 25 mm o.d.&1.5 mm wall thickness & topcap including all necessary accesories for commisioning. Average Depth of piezometer: 24 Meters

Supplying and filling sand in borewells, including watering, consolidating and dressing complete.

Supplying and filling aggregate 12.5mm & 10 mm in borewells, including watering, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing & laying brick masonry in foundation and plinth in any shape including all complete in Cement mortar (1Cement:6 sand), incuding cost of materials, all labours, curing, scaffolding etc. ( Ash bricks and cement will be issued free of cost at respective location.)

Boring with 100 mm diameter casing pipes in all soils except hard rocks requireing blasting, including removal of the casing pipe after the peizometer is lowered and fixed beyond 12 meter depth.

Boring/drilling bore well of 300 mm dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer – in-charge, upto 90 metre depth below ground level. In all types of soil

Providing and laying 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand) including applying water to surface before plastering,scaffolding,curing up to 7 days etc. all complete for all height/depth etc. all completed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. [CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE]

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface: Water thinnable cement primer

33.06.06 Fabrication & erection of the MS / CS/GI pipeline (Pipe ends are to be bevelled and joined by welding or coupling or bolting) of following diameters / pipes at any / all location / elevation/in borewells at DAMs with all labours, tools, tackles, consumables, plant & equipments and supervision, etc. all complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.(The job includes transportation of pipes from Nalco's store point to the workspot.) (REQUIRED PIPES & COUPLINGS SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO's STORE POINT). 150mm dia pipe.
