M & L for servicing of split type AC of capacity 1.5 /2 TR of any by cleaning of filter on front side including fins, checking of refrigerant standing pressure, topping of refrigerant upto the required level, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Refrigerant required for topping (R22 / 134) shall be maesured and paid for separately as "supply only rates" under respective item.

S & F in repairs running capacitor (ISI Marked), 36 Mfd suitable for AC of capacity 1.5/2 TR. Complete all as directed.

S & F in repairs starting capacitor, 100-120 Mfd suitable for AC of capacity 1.5/2 TR. Complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs aluminium fan blade suitable for condenser of split type AC of 1.5/2 TR capacity.

S&F in repairs cooling fan motor of split type AC of 1/30 or 1/35 HP capacity all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs cooling blower fan motor of split type AC of 1/30 or 1/20 HP capacity all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Foam type insulating flexible pipe & air tight outer tapping fitted on ACs of any capacity for suction / discharge copper tubes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and top up of Refrigerant gas R- 22 in company sealed cylender of capacity all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix PCB for split type AC of capacity 1.5/2 TR all as per directed by EIC.make as per site requirment

M&L for cleaning after taking down complete body including fitting and fixture of desert cooler of capacity 4000/5000 cum/hours of any make with wire including removal of all sludge, loose paint dirt etc including preparation and cleaing the surface over a coat of rubber seal paint applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint inside water tank and re-writing the letters on the cooler as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC flexible pipe 16mm outer dia complete with PVC elbow etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs wood wool pad (set of three), minimum weight 0.8 Kg, fixed in side panels of desert coolers including GI wiremesh of 20 Gauge wire and mesh size 100 x 100 mm complete all as directed .

S&F in repairs switch piano type 250 Volts, single pole one ways 5 amps, fixed in desert coolers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs capacitor 4 MFD for fan motors of desert coolers complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in repairs Sub mersible pump 230 volts suitable for desert cooler of capacity 4000/5000 including necessary wiring complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs float valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminum rod and high density plastic ball, screwed for 15mm bore iron pipe, weight not less than 142gm/each. Complete all as directed.

S & F in repairs Aluminium fan blade for fan motor of desert cooler 300 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair desert cooler fan motor 3 speed copper winding ISI mark including suitable leg set of three including nut bolt washer all as directed.

Supply and lay PVC pipe 20 mm dia with fittings in repair fixed on wall / ceiling.

M&L for complete servicing of AHU unit of various capacity installed in DSCC Bhopal including repair/replacement of defective parts like fan belts,oiling greassing cleanning of filters, winding of motor of AHU and other assesories as required at site and testing of plant after replacement of spares completed all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for repair and rewinding of blower motor of capacity 7.5 HP/5.5 after taking out from its existing location, transporting to work shop, removing defective burnt wiring, rewinding of motor with new copper wire of suitable gauge including replacement of insulation paper, baking, heating , varnishing of winding, replacement of bearing, any machining and lath work as required, replacement of hardware as required etc and refixing it in existing location, testing comissioning complete up to the satisfaction of engineer in charge. Supply and fixing in replacement of HMI display with programming of softwares as per chiler design for 65 TR chiller plant as per existing make and model.

Supply and fixing for liquid sensor including RFGT recovery & pressure testing required for 65 TR chiller plant as per existing make and model installed at site.
