Sub Head -I: AMC Annual Maintenance Contract for operation & maintenance of E & M Installations such as DG sets,electricals panels, starter panels, AMF Panels, submersible pump, internal & external electrical Installations in operational area and other airport areas by deploying following minimum manpower on all working days (i/c sunday & holiday) as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge or his authorized representative as per requirement. 1). Contractor has to depute the manpower as mentioned below 2) Contractor has to provide reliever for weekly off/holidays for below mentioned staffs as per the requirement

a) Wireman cum DG Set Operator -01 No. in general shift. b) Helper -01 No. in general shift.

Supply & carry out of 'B' check kit of 62.5 KVA (Cummins make) DG Set i/c supply & fittment of required no. of Air Filter, Fuel filter, Oil filter, Lubrication Oil, checking of Air restriction, checking of Alternator windings & its control panel etc. complete as per site requirement .

Annual comprehensive maintenance of capacity 1.5/2.0TR Split type Air Conditioners of different makes i/c providing repairing/ replacement of defective compressor by same company compressor & replacement of other defective components like relay & switches, capacitor etc. with original component i/c repair & maintenance of stabilizer etc. complete as required.

Execution of item of works as per requirement of site from the CPWD schedule of rates (DSR-18) As per CPWD specification complete as required (Total amount of Rs. 5000 (exclusive of GST) is kept for DSR item-18) Percentage above or below CPWD schedule of rates E&M 2018 (Item will be executed as per requirement) (If bidder wants to quote above 10% then write 1.10 similarly if bidder wants to quote below 10% write 0.90) in rate column

Rewinding of 10/15 HP motor of submersible pump of (different stages ) different makes as per original size of insulated copper wire, sleeves complete with connection ,interconnection etc as required.

Rewinding of following sizes ceiling fans of all makes as per original size and specifications with suitable copper winding wires (Dismantle cu-wire need not to be returned) complete as required.

a)Ceiling fan upto 1400 mm Sweep.

SH:II Supply of following electrical spares as and when required basis. Supply of FRLS PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductor wire of following size.(Coil of 90 mtr length)

Supply of PVC insultation tape of 7.5 meter in length. (Make ANCHOR code 1728 or equivalent).

Supply of 6 Amp., piano type socket suitable for operation on 230 volt single phase AC supply. (Make ANCHOR code 14302 or equivalent).

Supply of 6 Amp., piano type switch suitable for operation on 230 volt single phase AC supply. (Make ANCHOR code 14111 or equivalent).

Supply of 20 Amp. piano type socket suitable for operation on 230 volt single phase AC supply.(Make ANCHOR code 14307 or equivalent).

Supply of 20 Amp. piano type switch suitable for operation on 230 volt single phase AC supply.(Make ANCHOR code 14401 or equivalent).

Supply of 6 Amp., modular type socket suitable for operation on 230 volt single phase AC supply. (Make ANCHOR code 65202 or equivalent).

Supply of 6 Amp., modular type switch suitable for operation on 230 volt single phase AC supply. (Make ANCHOR code 65001 or equivalent).

Supply of 16 Amp. modular type socket suitable for operation on 230 volt single phase AC supply.(Make ANCHOR code 65204 or equivalent).

Supply of 3.15 mfd. Capacitor/Condenser for various fan application such as Ceiling fan/Exhaust fan etc. suitable for 240 volt and 50Hz A.C. Supply.(Havells cat no.QHPCWC5003X1 or equivalent).

Supply of Battery of 12 Volt having 130 AH Capacity. (EXIDE Xpress make or equivalent).
