Various repair/preparatory work in Polling station Part No. 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18 of Panjim and Taleigao Constituency for General Election to the Corporation of the City Panaji 2026.

Supply of good-quality plastic bucket with mug (25-litre capacity) at polling stations for use by the polling staff. The same shall be handed over to the respective school/office after the conclusion of the election.

Supply of 20 ltr Mineral Water Containers with water bottle placed on stand including 100 paper glasses , tissue papers, dustbins for disposal of paper glasses etc complete. ( Rates to be coated for full job as described)

Cleaning / Sanitization of election booths, toilets etc. by sweeping, removing of cob webs, cleaning of floor / wall tiles usuing special floor cleaning solvents and sanitizing the area etc., complete as per the directions of engineer in charge. (Prior to election and after the election is concluded i.e. 2 times.)

Marking of Restricted area line (100 or 200 mtr line), 10cm width (2 times) around the polling booths with oil paint in two or more coats etc. complete as per directions of engineer in charge.

Providing plan white or black cloth on hire basis for covering of windows, Almirah, Photos etc. at election booths.

Providing Ramp with necessary gradient as per the site condition with 19 MM thick Marine ply supported on 19mm thick Marine ply frame work including all transportation, installation of same as directed by Engineer Incharge

Cleaning of sewage chambers including removing the dry/wet sludge from the chamber and testing of the pipeline for free flow of sewage etc, Complete.

Cleaning of existing Water tank of 500/1000/2000 lit capacity with detergents, removal of dust, dirt etc. complete.

Providing and fixing ASTM UPVC pipe conforming to ASTM 2467 with ISO 14001 including all UPVC plain & brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step UPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer. Internal work - Exposed on wall.;SCH-40(blue)/(white);20mm outer dia.

Providing and placing on terrace roof of floor two (1st flor roof single piece rotational moulded polythene water storage tank having I S I mark and conforming to I S 12701; 1996.;500 lit. capacity
