Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping/pedestal of poles including providing necessary form work for fair finished exposed concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of stay assembly & poles and similar works complete all as specified. Note :- Volume of pole/strut embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty LT under ground electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 150 Sqmm 3.5 Core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/along poles etc complete all as specified. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in any type soil.

Removing of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a levelnot exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point.

M&L for trenchless boring in any strata of soil across road, pavement, hardstanding etc by using modern ultra sound technology upto a depth as directed but not less than 0.60 mtr below GL/ road, pavement, hardstanding etc level for laying of LT cable under road, pavement, hardstanding etc without damaging existing under ground materials including provision of HDPE pipe of 80mm dia of 0.4mpa working pressure complete all as directed.

M&L galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron 25mm x 3mm clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable including taking down old unserviceable GI tube complete.

M&L galvanized iron tubing 50mm bore medium grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron 25mm x 3mm clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable including taking down old unserviceable GI tube complete.

M&L galvanized iron tubing 80mm bore medium grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron 25mm x 3mm clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable including taking down old unserviceable GI tube complete.

Supply & errecting cable path indicators for LT Cable made of CI plate fixed on MS angle iron size 25 x 25 x 5mm and 60 Cm long. and fixing in ground 30 Cm below ground level in PCC 1:3:6 type B-1 using 40mm grade stone aggregate of size 30 x 30 x 30cm. Cable path indicators shall be provided at distance of every 30 meters and at cable joints and turning of all cables and incorporated LT 1100 Volts on it including PCC & earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, transporting to site errecting and fixing in position steel tubular swaged pole, 11 metre long, type 410 SP-55, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including 3 nos band/straps in yelow and black colour (300mm wide EACH) using synthetic enamelled paint commencing at a distance 300mm from padestal of pole and marking pole nos with black synthetic enamelled paint including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete including taking down old unserviceable PCC pole complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work, PCC etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Fixing only retrived machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15650-2008 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and no pigment except tiles, including taking down and 25cm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Sand cushion will be measured and paid separately.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made, floor mounted outdoor type LT panel board, cubicle type, suitable for 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC supply system, and tested at CPRI having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bar four wire system, colour coded for each phase and neutral, insulated on epoxy type insulators. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having provn for entry of cable of adequate size with glands. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP-65 class protection and made 3.2mm, CRCA MS sheet, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, both side opening type, including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size (but not less than 2.5 sqmm) including grouting of panel 45 cm above ground level by providing 90 cm long angle iron frame of size 50 x 50 x 6mm, welded on all the four corners, embedded in pcc 1:2:4 using 20 mm stone aggregate upto 30 cm above ground level complete all as specified and directed including the following accessories :- Incoming (i) Aluminium bus bar 200 Amps with insulator - 04 Nos (ii) Instrument control fuses and indication lamp(RYB) - One set Outgoing (i) MCB TP 63 Amps 10 KA, 'C' Curve -03 Nos + Space for one No MCB - SP/SPN/TP.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested Bus bar chamber outdoor type of size 60 x 45 x 45cm, made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA MS sheet and 50mmx50mmx8mm thick angle iron frame work, IP-65 class protection, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer front & rear openable type, with locking arrangement {including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) lock with 2 keys for each side opening} consisting of 04 Nos insulated copper bus bars 200 Amps rating on porcelain insulators. (e) The cost of platform/foundation with PCC shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

S&F for pole mounted juction box made out of one piece moulded SMC IP65 protection having aluminium bus bars 100 Amp single phase and neutral with one No MCB SPN 6 Amp for street light, cable entry from bottom, maintenance free size 300mm x 200mm x 100mm fixing on pole with MS flat 25mm x 3mm clamp including nut bolts front openable all as specified and directed.

S&F of PVC insulated and round sheathed copper conductor cable 2.5 sqmm 3 core through and including steel conduit 15mm dia from street light fitting to junction box and making necessary connection both at junction box and street light fittings and fixing accessories i.e required size of flat iron 25mm x 3mm clamps, bolts, nuts etc. complete all as directed. M&L for earthing complete as per electric plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm x 6.3mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less thanb 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised strip 25 x 4 mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and wathers of GI or steel . Earthing strip shall be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore light grade and connected to continous earth lead on pole/test point, watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The unit rate quoted for earthing shall be inclusive of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, salt, funnel, PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground level and connected to and including galvanized iron earth wire 32/6mm earth strip by means of GI nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers thimbles, etc as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I and connection to main switch board or panel and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, and removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc 50 metre, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C-2, charcoal and salt mixed layer 15 cm thick all around the earth plate electrode, MS funnel with wire mesh, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore for watering and 15 mm bore 3.00 metre long GI pipe light grade for earth wire protection fixed with poles with two clamps, made from MS flat 25 mmx3mm, bolts, nuts and washers, 75 mm thick RCC cover 1:2:4 type B-1 shall be provided on CI frame etc complete all as specified & as directed. (iii) The desert cooler shall be fitted with adjustable grill with separate on/off switch of 5/6 Amp rating (ISI Marked) for cooler fan and water pump and three stage speed regulator (Low, Medium, High) for three speed cooler fan motor. (iv) Suitable nylon bushes shall be provided in the grill for easy and smooth movement of louvers. (v) The filter pads shall be contain wood wool.The filters pads shall be fixed over the panel and seured by clamping guard of galvanized wire of 2mm dia (approx) squre/rectangular.The wire guard shall be fixed in the clamps to avoid any sagging.
