Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone masonary, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub floors, sub base, hard standing, manholes, drain, concrete surfaces finished even & rough to receive topping floor finish/layer all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, path finishing, laid in panels, concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in hardstanding and finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to the edge of concrete flats of fair finished n.exc 20cm wide and side of PCC horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n.exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete inter-locking paver blocks any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade, with grey cement and pigment, laid in floor/ path/ hardstandings in any pattern as approved, laid over sand cushion and interstices filled with sand using plate vibrator complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sand for sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 on ceiling and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 x 200 x 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces i.e. skirting/ dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surface laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone flooring 20-25 mm thick over 20mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed in grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone flooring 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, and jointed in grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rounding/ moulding to edges of Kota stone slabs, marble stone, granite stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform , and other similar situations etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of water storage tanks including all fittings exc 250 and n.exc 500 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for rotational moulded polye- thylene water storage tanks, 500 litres capacity, (cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI marked, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm gun metal globe or gate valve, with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F 20mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe (Minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair vitreous china wash hand basin with pedestal white flat back, size 550mm x 400mm, on and including cast iron cantilever brackets, cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets including waste pipe 32mm dia PVC, waste chain and plug and porcelain stopper, fixing of pillar tap, brass coupling 32mm bore chromium plated, restoring all connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Orissa pattern squatting pan with integral foot rest, vitreous china white of size 580mm x 440mm including making connection to trap, flush pipe, antisyphonic pipe (but excluding flushing pipe and flushing cistern), provision of lime concrete bedding etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC white low level flushing cistern 10 ltr capacity with all fittings syphonic action with top push type button with inlet ball valve and float including flush pipe, ball valve, handle, bracket PVC short bend etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair bib taps, cast copper alloy, with crutch or butterfly handles, fancy type screwed down, screwed for 15 mm bore GI pipe or for brass ferrule or to GI socket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs for 15mm dia of pipe stop valves, fancy type and chromium plated with long shank and cup (concealed type), screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipes or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china bowl urinal, half stall, white complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar (1:2) securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement, etc including fixing automatic flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe, grating and union for discharge pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 450mm long PVC connection fiber reinforced, for Hot/Cold water 15mm size with PTMT nuts and washer on both ends complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing water proofing from roof slab and cleaning the roof slab including scrapping of existing loose concrete from roof top and washing with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregrate) as in padding including roughing/ cleaning of cement surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 12mm thick rendering on top of roof slab in cement mortar 1:4 by using water proofing compound @3% by the weight of cement, finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm over applying primer bitumen coat @0.30 kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces and priming surfaces with bituminous polymerised primer oil based on roofcomplete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old surface of steel of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatments on ceiling surface and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (white or tinted) over a coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatments by washing, rubbing down and stopping etc on wall surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of birla white putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing surfaces of wall, washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies type B0 1:2:4 , 25 mm thick set in CM 1:4 (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame (pre cast frame shall be measured separately and paid for under item 04032) and complete all as specified and as directed.
