Taking down the existing Window / split AC 1.5 / 2.0/4.0 TR capacity from the position with all connected accessories, depositing the same to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2.of 1.5 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 1 but of 2.0 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning of Water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase having approx storage and nominal cooling capacity 40/80 Ltr with standard fittings such as supply cord, SS push cock, SS tray, floar valve incl connecting to incoming water lines complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs sheet metal enclosure SPN with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one SP MCB 20 Amps complete all as specified.

S & F copper pipe of size 1/4" and 1/2" dia size as suction and discharge refrigerant pipes suitable for Split AC unit 2.0 TR capcity as extra length incl necessary bracing work complete all as specified and directed.
