Preventive and corrective Maintenance of Electrical Installation ,upto LT Panels with 250KVA Sub-station inculding E.I at different office rooms, stair cases, Quarter, Compound illumination within the entire premises of Forensic Science Laboratory by providing skilled and unskilled workers in 1 (One) Shifts per day as given below Genaral Shift (10 a.m to 6 p.m) = 01 no. skilled and 01 no. unskillled labour having requiste workman permit as mentioned in Terms & Condition Charges for providing 1 no.-skilled electrician in the following shift per day on all days [General Shift (10 a.m to 6 p.m)= 01 no.]

Comprehensive Maintenance of 1.5 / 2 TR capacity Split type AC machine. (Total 52 Nos 1.5 Tr / 2 tr. Split Type AC Machine) (Please refer detail Scope of work in Terms & Condition)

Note: 1) Rate should be quoted incl. all taxes & duties. 2) Bonus to be paid to the workers as per order. 3) The term "Annual Maintenance" refers to a duration of 365 days. No additional payment will be provided for duties performed on holidays. 4) Before preparing monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly bills, a salary payment acknowledgment slip, duly signed by the designated worker, must be submitted to the Junior Engineer. 5) Please read the Scope of Work and Terms and Conditions provided in the attached Annexure thoroughly. No requests or queries regarding the same will be entertained thereafter. 6) The Skilled personnel must have sound knowledge in Split Type / Window Type AC Machine (Operation and Troubleshooting)
