Material and labour for descaling of chiller condenser for compressor of capacity 90 TR by first dismantling the chiller from line from cooling tower water line and circulating chemical (Scalefoe 100) with water in correct portions in chiller condensor using pump till all scales are removed then cleaning with nylon brush and then flushing with plain water complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- a). Descaling chemical shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for descaling of cooling tower first by draining the water from cooling tower then cleaning all dirt and dust with plain water and then pouring mixture of water and descaling chemical (Scalefoe 106) in correct portions in cooling tower and circulating the mixture for 30 minutes in condenser water circuit and then draining the mixture and again cleaning the cooling tower with plain water till all chemical is removed, cleaning of all strainer, cleaning and adjustment of cooling tower fills so as to get desired draft of cooling tower for AC plant of capacity 150 to 200 TR complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- a). Descaling chemical shall be measured seperately. b). Descaling of Cooling Tower shall be done before descaling of chiller.

Material and labour for cleaning and descaling of Ceiling Suspended AHU cooling and heating coil by removing air filters, first with air blower, then with mixture of water and descaling chemical (FABKOOL Coil klin) in correct proportion with the help of pressure pump and finally washing with plane water also providing plastic bag so that water for cleaning AHU does not spill on floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:- a). Descaling chemical shall be measured sepeartely.

Material and labour for cleaning air filters by taking out/down from AHU, first with high speed air blower and then washing the filters with running water till all dust and dirt removed and refixing after all filters are dried up complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Cleaning of AHU room with broom, water and wiper till no dust left before and after of cleaning of air filters included in the quoted unit rate.

Supply only descaling chemical Scalefoe-100 for use in descaling condenser of chillers complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Design, Supply, installation, balancing, testing and commissioning of galvanised steel sheet, rectangular/ round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter damper vanes, hangars, supports as per SMACNA in accordance with approved shop drawings and specifications of 20/24 gauge galvanised steel sheet thickness complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of Under deck insulation of the exposed portion of the roof of the AC rooms and AHU rooms to be air conditioned with 13 mm thick closed cell chemically cross linked fire retardent polyethylene foam insulation of density 30 Kg/ Cum and covered with aluminium foil complete with application with rubber based adhesive Pidlite SR998/ equivalent all as specified. The thermal conductivity of the material should not exceed 0.0035 W/MK at an average temp of 40 deg C, including making good the damages to match with the existing specification of the building complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for removing old existing unserviceable scroll compressor and supply, erection, testing and commissioning of scroll compressor of capacity 11.5/12.5/13 TR of existing make complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for checking of leakage in chillar refrigerant line of AC Plant with the help of Nitrogen gas and repairing/blocking of leakage with copper brazing or block the leakage pipe of condensor including testing on completion to the satisfaction complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) The unit rate quoted are inclusive of the cost of Nitrogen/ CO2 gas used for leakages test and pressure test prior to filling/ charging of gas.

Decision of Engr-in-Charge will be treated as final in case of any dispute at site.
